If you can 't afford the spa day mabee just take a day off together and go play golf or hike something to take you mind off everything and just let go for a few hours, if your mind is tired so will your body!
I have the week off before the wedding so I'm hoping to get as much done before then so I can just rest that week and take care of small last minute details. I plan to sit by the lake and do some swimming and sleep in everyday!! I should be able to update during that week though because I'll be at my parents lots and they have a computer.

Thanks Alta - you wouldn't believe how many things I can think of in a minute! never mind a whole day! It's exhausting! My hunnie told me last night I have the mind of a serial killer just because I think of the craziest things!
I do believe I will be a beautiful bride and I'm going to work it!! I love my dress and there is no way I couldn't feel sexy in it!
Ok so I am in a great mood this morning! Not sure if it's because I had a great day yesterday or because it's Friday but I love it! Here's how yesterday looked:
B- ff activia yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries & 1/2 cup fresh blackberries w 1/3 cup all bran buds
Snack - 2 cups mint green tea
L - big veggie salad - same as lunch yesterday
forgot to eat my peach I brought for a snack because I was so busy at work
Exercise - 50 min treadmill - 4.5 miles (7.2 km) including warm up and cool down - ran at 5.7 mph with incline 1.5 most of the time. 5 resistance machines - 3 sets 15 reps, back, arms, shoulders, outer thighs, good long stretch.
Snack - home made dill pickle
D - 4 oz bbq chicken breast w bbq sauce, 1/2 can diced potatoes w onions & grilled zuchinni - yumm!
Snack - I diced up 1 nectarine, 1 peach and 1 apple and split them into two bowls and added 1/2 ff activia yogurt to each bowl - yummm and hunnie loved it too!
So food was great! I skipped baseball because I was too tired and the game wouldn't have been over till 10pm and I just wanted to get a good nights sleep. I'm glad I didn't because I don't think I would be feeling as good today!
My hunnie's best man came by last night to bring us our wedding present and guess what he bought us!!! A 52 inch LED Sharp TV - it's huge! He is way to generous and I don't know how to thank someone for such a generous gift. He is also paying for my hunnie's bachelor party trip to Montreal next weekend! I wish I had that kind of money to throw around!
Tonight we are going to a friends house warming party and I offered to be the driver since I didn't want to drink this weekend - it will be an early night. Tomorrow I plan to go for a 10km run since the studio at the gym where they do kettle bell is under construction till July 21st. Sunday we are going to my parents to help with some landscaping and I hope to go to a spinning class. I'm also hoping to make it to the gym at lunch for another 30 min cycle class. I'll update later if I made it or not.
