Yay for another perfect day!!! Go girl GO!!!! My day was perfect-ish- got snacky just before going to the gym so only had a 530cal deficit today... but hey better than nothing!!!

hahaha yah my hunnie wishes he could cook with loads of butter or make pasta every night - he does like the healthy stuff too but I have to push for it. I'm loving fruit right now - we don't have it in season very long here.

Thanks Alta - I went back and read your post in my old journal and it was very sweat! I did fall off hard but just like always I am back! Need to get out of these gaining/losing patterns though! My body doesn't appreicate it much.
Ok so yesterday was a perfect-ish day. I didn't drink nearly as much water and I got a little snacky just before bed again. Here's how it looked:
8am - nectarine
10am - ff yogurt, 1/3 cup all bran buds w 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
12:45 - big veggie salad - cucumber, cherry tomato, black olives, green onion w ff dressing
Exercise - forced myself to the gym again - 25 min eliptical (300 cal, 2.6 miles), 10 min mile on the treadmill, 4 arm machines, stretch.
5:45 - 8 cherries waiting for hunnie to finish dinner
6:15 - home made chicken burger w - lean ground chicken, a little bit of cereal crushed up, sweet pickles, green onions, hot spice & rosemary cooked on the bbq- yumm!!! I had one pattie on a bun w ketchup, mustard, relish & tomato and one pattie plain.
8pm - two hours of baseball - it was the longest game ever - score was 12 to 20 not in our favour. I made a lot of mistakes and was getting really frustrated with myself - I realized on the way home I'm too hard on myself but I'm just so competitive and so is my coach and teammates so maybe this sport just isn't for me. They put me on first base for two innings and I was shaking I was so nervous and twice when they were throwing me the ball I caught it with the wrong hand - ouch!!! My hand has a big bruise and it's so sore even to type. It just wasn't our night again. I only had one good hit.
10pm - 12 cherries, ff activia yogurt, 1 thin slice genoa, s.f. jello cup
So no bad snacking on junk - I really wanted a chocolate covered granola bar and I said no and I really tried talking myself out of the gym so I was proud of my accomplishments at the end of the day.
This weekend my hunnie is going on one of his bachelor parties so I have the weekend to myself. Tonight I have plans to take a girlfriend out for dinner for her bday. I'm eating really healthy today and hopefully getting to the gym on my lunch break so I can indulge in a nice dinner. No snacks before bed and no booze - ok maybe one small glass of wine with dinner but I have to drive. Saturday I plan to go back to Kettle bell!! It's been too long and I feel ready. After that I'm going out to a friends camp for the night and I'm packing my own cooler with premade salads and fruit. Sunday I imagine I will pack up early and come home to relax. I imagine I'm going to be pretty sore from kettle bell so I'm going to take the day off Sunday. Monday I'll be ready to smash another perfect week!! Holy Moly this week went by quick! 29 more perfect days to go!!! Enjoy the weekend everyone!
