Wow, I just learned off of sparkpeople that 60 minutes of teabo burns 750 calories. I MUST find my Tea Bo tapes.
 
Tae Bo is a work out with a man named Billy Blanks. You can search for it on Ebay, the VHS tapes are pretty cheap.

Today was a crazy day. Meetings all day. Then when my daughter got home I checked on her, she had a spider bite on the back of her leg from over the weekend from when she spent the night with her friend and it was looking pretty bad. So I called the doctor and they said to get her into the office ASAP. It is severly infected, antibiotics, and if it doesnt start to puss (gross!!!) by Friday, I have to take her in to get it lanced. Yikes! Hopefully tomorrow will be more relaxed. Doubtful, since I have to be part of a "Focus Group". UGH!

Every time I read about someone doign taebo I tell myself that I gotta do it. I really want to, but now I think I'm gonna pony up and just get the tape.

Sorry about your daughter's spider bite! Hope it goes away soon!! Scary stuff.
 
yeeeks about the spider bite. Nothing poisonous i hope was it? though i guess you wont know for a bit :/

My son got bitten by a dog yesterday - though in all honestly the dog thought we were playing and it was a game. Luckily no major damage other than a very big bruise and a couple scratchs.

YAY there is PUSS today. She had to call my cell from school to tell me that she was pussing... eewwwwww. And it is starting to feel better. The doctor diagnosed her with "celullitis"... funny me, i thought it was fat on the back of her leg... so we looked it up today, and its not. It is an infection deep into the 3rd layer of your skin caused by a scratch, bite, or cut.

Anyway... better day. Well except for Aunt Flo (wishes.. hehe) visited me this morning and will be staying 3-5 days.

Cals, 1200 (over the next few weeks I am going to up it to 1400, then to 1500)

So glad to hear about the pussing (OK - that just sounds all wrong!) I am glad she's feeling better! Yowsa - what a bite :(

OH HELL.... I just had a caramel cadbury egg too. :( it was good though. I hate Aunt Flo. Now I know why I usually go to bed around 9....to keep myself from munching.

before I eat this regular cadbury egg, Goodnight! Hopefully my husband will eat it tomorrow :)
 
oh my gosh and my work is having a big, fat potluck tomorrow. Goddamn, we have those like once every month and a half. It;s going to be rough. If you can resist at work, I can resist at work. I will even make the damn chipdip and not eat any of it. that's right! NONE OF IT!!!!

There are ways to make them healthier - but the problem is I can eat 3 of them NO problem!

1200 cals today, lots of water.

No exersice though, I ran all over the place until just a bit ago. No time today.
