1-20-2007 - I blew it. I did walk 2 miles today.

I will post todays stuff, after today happens :)
We got snow last night, so not sure about walking. I am going to walmart, so I think I will check out some of their work out tapes.

F)&)(^(*(&CK! A bad Monday. I need to get back on track darnit. Get with it Heidi!!!

I cannot post cals because I wouldnt even begin to guess, I just know that it is over, WAY over, like doubled, or maybe even tripled.... UGH. I even went to the store over the weekend and bought HEALTHY low cal stuff for me to eat too. Damnit all.

Tomorrow is going to be a good day. ((Was I just scolding myself just now.)) I am going to do this, I am going to see 120 on my scale, by the end of February. I AM!
 
Go easy on yourself tiger. Just remember, you're pretty darn good at this game. I've watched you for sometime now and I know you try very hard and will continue to do so.

Sometimes that's all we can ask of ourselves - try.

You'll get there, you and I both know it. ;)

I ate something all day. Was not hungry once today. The soup and salad today made my cals low, but atleast I ate healthy! Though not sure about the soup, it had High Fructose Corn Syrup in it...and I heard that was bad.

I feel super good today, got a hair trim and eyebrows waxed. Man did that freaking hurt like a son of a gun!

Now today....
my husband cooked breakfast...ugh...french toast with cream cheese, blue berries, and whipped cream!

However, I am going to walk my 5 miles today, and tomorrow. Healthful eating the rest of the weekend! Last weigh in for the Jan challenge is monday. I know I am not going to make it to 125... but I am hopeful for 127.

My goal by the end of February.

ANY weight loss in January is commendable !!

I need to weigh myself soon too, I have no idea where I stand weight-wise *shrugs*
 
You are doing great! We are proud of you!! French toast is yummy!! Did you know smucker's makes a sugar free syrup? It's only 20 cals for 1/4 cup. I had buckwheat pancake this morning with it and it's good!!

dinner, sandwich roll up with a salad, 350

I did figure out why I was having some bad days, a week before TOM my cravings go insane...and TOM is coming fast.

Cals - 1250
Water, 3 L

Walked 5 miles in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Hey Heidi,

Oh man, two days before TOM shows up at my house - NOTHING is sacred unless it's bolted to the cupboard or refrigerator shelf ;)

I can live without chocolate, snacking almost every single other day of my life, but two days before, and I am a MAD snacking machine. If chocolate is around - GET OUT OF MY WAY!

Few...I feel better admitting that ;)

11:00 am - oatmeal w/ water, (instead of with milk), sprinkle of blueberries in it, 170
3:00 pm - 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/4 c of mac and cheese, green beans, mini meatloaf, 625

*man I feel like a slug after that early dinner, it was tasty though, especially after my walk*

the plan for the rest of the day is as follows (if it changes, I will edit)

5:00, popcorn with a dash of parm cheese, 125
7:30, orange, 80

Cals, 1070
Water, 3 L

Exersice
11:45 to 12:45 - walked 4 miles in 15 degree weather :) if that isnt dedication
