I just don't understand why we have to eat so little and workout so hard to make any progress at all! ugh... I just dread it.![]()
It seems like all we get to do is eat small amounts of food and still have to work our asses off to just see some movement whether it be on the scales or in the way our clothes fit us. It sucks really bad. But at least we know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
