Ok, our whole household is sick now, and my babysitter called, she is sick too so whe won't be able to watch DD. Since DH and DD need me I can't really afford to be sick... so I am taking medication and even made myself stick to my exercise... Funny thing I felt like a truck ran over me then after exercise it was a lot better. My head congestion is not that bad, although I have the mother of all headaches all day long. As long as the medication working I am able to function ok. I am going to work tomorrow and MIL is watching DD, she is getting better.
Apart from that as far as weight loss goes I am doing great today. I stuck to my menu and did pretty good with exercise also.
Breakfast: Morningstar French Toast BLT (2 slices bread, lettuce, tomato, milk and egg beaters, Morningstar breakfast sausages, calorie free syrup) (300), 1 coffee (50) = 350
Snack: 1 frozen cheese cherry square (61). 1 kiwi (46)= 107
Lunch: 1 c. ff milk (90), 1 ff vanilla yogurt (60), 1 c. frozen fruit (70), 2 ww bread (80), 1 tbs p. butter (100), 2 tbs jelly (20) = 420
Snack: ½c cottage cheese (80), 4 tbs ff whip cream (30), 1 tbs wheat germ(25) = 135
Dinner: pita pizzas: 1 pita bread (60), ½ c. ff shredded cheese (90), 1/2c. tomato sauce (50), garlic powder, 1 c. steamed broccoli (25), 1 jello pudding (60) =285
Dessert: two bites of cheese cake (25), 1 frozen fruitsicle (25)=50
Total calories for the day : 1347+ 80 (vitamin supplements)=1427
Exercise.:. 35 min running (300 cal burn), 20 min turbo jam and 12 more min. running (275 cal) = 575 total
