What a busy Sunday
After breakfast, my MIL watched my DD and my hubby and I went hiking. We went to see a small waterfall. The first part of the hike was easy and we got to the waterfall then we decided to check out the top and did not take the path, just went straight up. Well, I am no experienced mountain climber for sure and lost my footing a couple of times. On top of that my hubby was always front of me and when he lost his footing, he grabbed on to a piece of moss or something that came lose and came tumbling down right at me, hitting me in the face. Now that was fun... A couple of times I felt I was barely holding on with the nail of my pinky .. but we made it. It was fun but I could have done without a couple of the hairy parts.
After we came home, I cooked, cleaned, and did loads of laundry. All the clothes I went through yesterday...
Food was so-so. I think I am within my calorie limit but it was not really healthy choices...
Breakfast: 1 slice ww bread, 1 plain ff yogurt, 1 c grapes, 1 c. egg substitute
Snack: 1 brownie
Lunch: Grilled cheese, 2c salad,
Snack: 2 servings of toasted wheat chips, 260 cal.
Then I had : 1/2 c. cookies and cream ice-cream. BAD, BAD. Then another serving of chips. I don't know why I felt eating all bad food...
So anyway, I skipped dinner which is not a good thing but did not want to be over my calories.
I also exercised today. Besides my hiking (have no idea how many calories I burned), just got done running 4 miles, 550 cal. burned.
Still a caloried deficit day I think but not really healthy choices, I have to do better next week.
