
Yeah when I started I did weigh in every day, but then it was easy to loose weight (had plenty to loose) so it was a motivator
Now I don't anymore, because of this very thing, when loosing became harder and I gained an ounce I started thinking back to what I eat and when, and tried to come up with a culprit. Little bit too much of an obsession for me
out running this morning. Man, that felt good.
