I know how you feel, when I started my weight loss journey I thought p90x would be a great idea...
WRONG... lasted two minutes....
So I regrouped, and started P90, repeated it, then did a host of other programs (but never like any of them as much as I did the P90 program), then did P90M like three times, and then started P90X. I still couldn't do 1 stinking unassisted pull up. Now I can do like 10 of them without the chair for the first few pull up exercises in a P90X workout.
Perseverance and hard work is your investment, results will be the pay-off!
