wooo so many people getting their belly button's pierced! this is exciting!
i went to the gym this morning and weighed myself and i'm back up to 135

i've basically been plateaued for a month bc in the last month all i've lost is 2-3 pounds. i'd like to think that i've gained muscle since this is the first time i've done proper weight lifting, but when i measure myself i don't see a lot of difference except an inch or so around my stomach and hips. my arms are stuck where they were and my legs have only lost about 1/2 an inch.
SO--new goals for this coming up month:
-drink 100oz of water instead of 72 oz.
-exercise in the morning before breakfast (but eat some cottage cheese before i go--who knew that stuff was so packed with protein)
-try to keep my protein intake high...around 75-100 g a day
-keep mixing up my cardio, don't just stick to the elliptical or treadmill (i like those bc they burn the most cals but i guess my body has adapted

)
-drink my green tea and take a vitamin B complex everyday
-keep cal intake at 1200 and try not to go lower
i really want to get down to 120 so i can get that hot piercing
