yes, we CAN do it. just have to keep reminding ourselves and one another of that. i've decided that i absolutely am NOT stepping on the scale until of my period. i'll let all this bloating subside. ugh...i hate it.
Yeah TOM stucks . I'm not going to step on the scale at all this week until I have to next Monday for the Memorial Day Challenge. I had lost 1.5 lbs this week, but gained 1lb of that back...So I'm down .5lb for the week. Boo! I want to be permanently away from the 140's forever.
during my period I fear weighing myself.. and since I been a bad girl lately I am trying to take a break from the scale to get it under control. I get very affected by what the scale says

i'm not gonna weigh myself until sunday. yesterday i ate badly because my body was craving not-so-great food, badly. today i'm more balanced. it's normally those first two days of my period that get me.

even though i am still on my "girly time"...i have been drinking lots and lots and lots of water, and it's made me feel soooo much less bloated, so i feel a lot better.
i love water.
i've been drinking 16+ glasses a day and i even had to stop my acne medication because my skin has cleared up on it's own, due to the water!
you are sooooo lucky to love water! I hate it with a passion!! I have horrible acne some weeks... and get horrible cramps... so I know I need to drink it... but I hate it so much! >.<
I hate water too. I have to force myself to take it like it's medicine which I'll do if I have to. I've found that Crystal Light really helps me I know that adding stuff to your water isn't as good, but I figure it's a lot better then not drinking it all. They have so many tasty flavors, and especially now that they have those handy little single packs I'm keeping hydrated!
lol. I am too cheap for crystal light single packs.. I try this though.. every hr on the hr I am awake... 9, 10, 11.. etc.. I try and drink one glass of water. But.. I quit that. gonna start tomorrow again. I start work tomorrow aswell... so good timing. I got my meals worked out for the next 3 days... so if I stick to it I should loose some weight.
hey girls! i know i said i wasn't gonna weigh myself until the end of the week, cause i knew that i had prob gained back all my weight...but i weighed myself this morning, and i'm still at my weight! wooohooo. that makes me happy. now i can only go down down down!
weighed myself this morning...down a pound!! yay!! 4 more to go to make 10 pounds!!! this gives me such motivation! i've decided that after i lose the 4 pounds...i'm going to get my belly butto re-pierced. i took it out when i got to my highest weight, because i felt so gross...but now my belly is getting smaller, so it deserve some cute jewelry again!
Cute!! When I lost my first 50 lbs I got 2 tattoos.. and I shamelessly display them.. it feels so good. lol. I have been thiking of peircing my bely button but I am scared of a nasty infection and it not healing properly... I have seen many cases of that.
I have had my belly button pierced twice already...and i never had any problems. You just have to clean it every day and take care of it, which really isn't too hard. The piercing doesn't hurt either...but i guess that is a personal opinion. I have 2 tattoos as well and neither one of those hurt me either. Maybe i just have a high tolerance for pain? who knows...
so yes, hopefully...by the end of next week, or in 2 weeks, i'll have my new piercing! yay!
after you lose a set amount of weight, you should totally do it, avi! it would be super cute!
When I get all the weight off, I want to get my belly button pierced too! All my friends have it I've always wanted one because they look so cute, but yeah. But anyways, I am down a pound! Even after I binged on ice cream yesterday. So I am back down to my former glory of 139.5. I hope to lose another pound this week. I really, honestly, am NOT going back to the 140's. I said that before but obviously I was not good about it...so I am going to change that one this time.
You guys are doing awesome! I am an in-home personal care worker for a lady with musular distrophy for 3 days a week.. so I cant get near my scale till Saturday!! But I am looking forward to it. I have been good on my eating! And I brought some weights with me to do some exercises with, and transfering her is exercise aswell... so I am sooo hoping I am lower than 175. I wanna hit my goal for Canada day! Say goodbye to te 170s!

Mmm.. ice cream... I treated myself to a little rainbow ice cream last night. Yummy.
What types of food do you eat? Maybe you need something to boost your metabolism. I was told Green Tea and B Complex pills can really help if you have plateued... they are all natural and help your body speed up metabolism. Also.. you might wanna try eating more food but not more calories... if that makes sense. Keep around the 1200 mark though. Also, mix it up. If your body gets into too much of a food routine.. it can get lazy. Give it different things... and it should up the metabolism.
