So I see that alot of people have written down their workout plan of attacks on here, so I thought I would do the same. I'd really like some input to see if this is a good plan or not

(keep in mind that this is just to start with)
Monday: 30 minutes elliptical training, upper body strength training (push-ups, various arm exercises with a 20 or 30 pound dumb-bell, arm machines, crunches and various ab exercises, stretching
Tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical training, lower body strength training (squats, lunges, leg machines, stretching)
Wednesday: Double Duty Cardio (1 hour of cardio including 30 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes jogging on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike)
Thursday: Same as Monday
Friday: Same as Tuesday
Saturday: Same as Wednesday
Sunday: REST DAY
Now this is just assuming that I can make it to the gym 6 days a week, but if that's somehow unrealistic (I'm applying for jobs) and I can only go like 4 days a week, then maybe 2 out of the 4 days I could do cardio and full body workouts, and the other 2 days 1 hour of cardio or something, what do you all think?
