Last night i had a carrot and a small bown of strawberry jelly.Its noon and i have been extra good!Will have lunch in a little im looking at last year summer photos and feel so terible.i looked really good............../

I used to make carrot juice a lot in the morning, it tastes delicious if you do : apple/carrot/orange ( I'm not sure it's good for a diet tho, doubt it's that toxic :reddevil: )
 
I know what you mean about seeing your waist through your fat, I was bouncing about on the trampoline earlier, and I thought that my midsection definitely looks different :)

Writing it down seems like i had a lot to eat but i really havent.Today i am feeling a little more hungry than the past days.

Thanks ll for encouraging me!i really am trying i know i can do better though.I must do better.I stil havent lost anything....
 
truth is this last week i havent had enough water...thank you for reminding me i am drinking a huge glas right now!
 
I got myself my own huge glass, I always drink one before my walk in the morning, one before I eat my lunch ( it helps not eating to much ) I usually drink another one before my evening walk, 2 to 3 after my last walk of the day, so around 3 liters/day.

I haven't been on here for a while but I think we have posted on each others diary in the past. Don't worry about the slip up. We all do it. I did it myself. Lost 145 pounds and before I knew it I gained about 25 back again. Maintenance is SO hard. I think it is harder than losing the weight. I have resigned myself to feeling hungry all the time now-lol. It works for me but isn't for everyone. I figure that my body doesn't know when I have eaten enough so I can't go on what my stomach says but have to go on how I feel overall. The good thing about all this is you have done it before and can do it again. You know, and we all know you can do this. Keep strong and before you know it - the scale will show it.
 
Thanks guys for your comments it means so much!Just little reminders that i am not alone and i really CAN do this!Maintaining is the hardest...not loosing...loosing will take 6-12 months but maintaining takes the rest of your life.i did not know that until i had to confront it and then fail big time.but ok i am trying
.i know i am not totally IN to it like the first time i know the reason as well.like i mentioned i feel like a huge failure plus i feel that the road is SO long.i dont think i can be happy with little goals in-between when last year i was so close to my target.its like i must get to that point again to feel any-kind of wellness

Things to feel good about
the fact that i brought my bike downstairs all by my self (its really heavy) and actually sat there for half an hour after so long.
i turned down ice cream
I put a cookie in my mouth and then just took it out went right in the rubbish

i am feeling really hungry today.still after i had that yumy dinner i feel like eating so maybe its just my mind.i am going to eat a big carrot though in a while!
i was looking at my first diary here and i noticed that even though i started running AFTER i had lost all my weight i WAS indeed doing exercise on my bike many days and other dvd's i own/so i thought i might get my bike out from the dust and get some use back into it.

My exercise equipment has been sitting in the corner doing nothing for so long as well.

I love sponge-bob square pants, its so funny.
 
Hi i didnt feel like writting last night.
I did well food wise i must of had actually ess cals than i shoud
today

lunch small portion of left over chicken from yesterday (NO RICE TODAY) small piece of cheese 2 mini toasts
Snack coffee nectarine
dinner was really early cause of small lunch
some cabbage with rice cooked with some feta cheese
snack again nectarine

ah got a family tub of ice cream in the freezer didnt have any just licked the spoon after serving my husband and mario!
this isnt as easy as first time...aw please weight start to get off me i am making the effort i am!!!!!

i feel really good in my pj's but then when i have to go out i feel like a pig cause my clothes dont fit and i have to wear legging (stretchy....) i dont even wear my log dresses anymore cause they are opened backed and i feel terible in them...im really upset cause my weight isnt going down like i expected it to.

i think sponge bob is so funny!marrios loves it so tmes goes by on my bike real well!!!

Looks like you are doing great with the food!
I had pork today and sugarrich limonade, immedialy I blow up like 6 months pregnant, so nasty when clothing gets tight!

I tried on a body-con dress I bought last year. It is a size 14, and I have never worn it as it showed a bit of tummy bulge. How I wish that a tiny tummy bulge was all I had to worry about now. I look like a monster in it! I have come to the conclusion that there is nothing more depressing than clothes that don't fit.

Your doing brilliantly, the weight will come off! It will take time. I know I've lost a big number on the scales, but its the measurements that matter.

I actually get absorbed in spongebob haha. I tell the kids to be quiet so I can watch it. I'm glad you brought your exercise bike downstairs, when its there where you can see it I think you'll use it a lot more.

Have you done the twenty minute shred again?

No things with her are over.at this pont i really do not want to hear or see her again.she has done many things over the years but this time she really really made a huge show out of hwreself.anyway i really am not going to go on about this here.i dont want this stress anymore.i just letting go off this situation
i had different things for dinner and i only had dinner today cause we ate at my elder sister .not writing down as sundays will be my free days.still i didnt have anything bad.nice food only i ate late and skipped eating all day.
i am feeling rea;y down.i still havent lost anything.i weighed this morning 957 i dont know why.i am starting to think that its the cigarettes that kept me loosing weight after all.seems like when i was a smoker i lost 1 kg every week for starts.now nothing.you gyus see what i eat.maybe i am missing something i really dont know.my measurments are the same too.....must i make an effort on the exercise?maybe that is the problem?
 
You are very wise on letting go of the situation, never add stress to your life if it can be avoided; and a little time will soften the edges and perhaps give both of you a new perspective.
Are you counting your calories? Massive amounts of cals can be hidden in the food.
How much exercise do you get.
Hope the weight will move soon!
