Good morning to all!!!!Yesterday was

DAY8

Boiled beetroot...a lot of it...it must of been about 6 beetroots with the leaves.
low fat yoghurt
2 coffees
some ice tea
130 cals of ice cream
4 slices of turkey with 3 mini toasts


Today is DAY 9 but its only 12 so im going to post later when alll eating is over.

1st time said 95,2 then 95,7.....still i'm feeling ok about this trying not to think negative and listen to your words that is WILL come off....i dont know why i feel slimmer....

anyways another major fact is cellulite....i never really cared about it cause i didnt have a lot but i have discovered something horrible...i have it on my arms....oh yes...right on my arms so everyone can see....how do you get it on your arms??????will it go away when i slim down????plus the cellulite i had on the back of my legs has moved to the front as well....i just hate it....i see it all the time while im at home wearing my shorts.....i have checked out all the do's and dont's//////aw....i wish i was naturally thin and just not at war with myself and food....
 
Looks like you are doing great with your food!
I recall reading that cellulites are prone to die by exercise, and I am sure it's better when the fat layer is reduced underneath the skin.
Continue what you do now Jasper :)
 
thank you clarissa for coming by!!!!It was lovely to see you visit!I really hope you are right !!!As for food i dont know i just feel like i am cheating all the time when i am not.like with that beetroot...maybe because i am not feeling so hungry.
Well i sat down and made another list to stick on the fridge.Here it is.I am allowing myself a low calorie ice cream every day but i know i am not going to have one every day.its more a mind game!Also because i like to have a grilled sandwich.this week i will allow bread BUT only brown and only 2 thin slices(to make a sandwich!)
i have taken potatoes out andd eggs...also i think that rice should go aswell.only 1 cup per week.. i think this is going to be a little of a challenge for me!!

Hey i like your list. I love the idea of low calorie treat. I used to allow myself 200cals of chocolate/ice cream per day. Slowly cut down. Now i hardly ever have it. The allowance definitely helps.

i was trying to think what else i have eaten but thats it.i think the beans have filled me up so much

my husbands son from his 1st marriage is over.from friday night he is 19 and i havent really been able to do any exersice.i just dont want him to see me cause i know everything is going to be repeated to his mum and i just dont want them to think i am trying to loose weight.....

angel its all in our mind!!!!!thank for passing by!

Hi Jess, love your list. It's nice to see your actual writing. It doesn't matter if your husband's son relates that you are trying to lose weight. It does not matter one little bit. Think to yourself "Who cares?" Lots of love to you sweetie xoxo
 
Hey, I really like the list you have! What a great way to keep everything straight.

Also, I wouldn't let the kid keep you from exercising. If someone is going to judge you for trying to better yourself, then their opinion really doesn't matter much.
 
DAY 10

2 coffees
whole wheat bread 2 slices with 2 slices smoked turkey slice tomatoe
2 slices smoked turkey
2 burgers (exactly like yesterdays photo minus one burger) black eyed beans
corn comb boiled


i have cleaned for 2 hours non stop so im counting that as some exercise
i will come back in a while to check everyone diary

Glad you all liked the list it make a huge difference mentally for me as i see.i am sticking to the plan1!!!I rejected 2 boiled eggs and some boiled potato cause of the list!!!

DAY 11

2 coffees
1 plate peas with lemon sause and dill
4 slices whole wheat bread

1 and half nectarine
1 low fat yoghurt with 2 teaspoon strawberry jam


I have been feeling strange all day.This feeling of nausea and also light headed comes and goes.I am O hungry BUT my tymmy is bloated.I am really trying to hang in here and not eat.I dont have anything really evil in the fridge but stilll......i hope my strange feeling go away....i dont like to be like this.Its really odd.I will have some raw carrots later on as i am really hungy
 
Hi Jess, the bloated tummy may be from the bread. I can't eat wheat as I blow up like a giant blimp if I do & have stomach pains, constipation & generally feel awful. More vegetables, fruit & lean protein sweets if you can xoxo Cate

here i am again,on the forum,in this 3rd or 4th?diary of mine....
i was just looking through some posts of mine.the numbers changing but generally very close 94kg,96 kg 93 kg.a kilo up a kilo down,the same story on and on.ifeel a little stupid.i feel like im fooling myself.and you as well that have ever followed me.the circle neverends.so much time thinking of weight.so many tears.so much effort.so much running.so many happyfaces on here when a goal was met...then everything just starts again.i get confident and feel so strong i plan and count calories.then i come on here tell you all about it ,the loose 2 kilos feel lovely,let go a little,too tired to post,then i gain a little,to embaressed to post,to scared to weigh.so i let it pass...and there you have it.MY STORY.THE END
I am not giving any promisses to myself.i am just here to state that i am 100kg again.yeap.1-0-0 kilograms of me!didnt suprise me.i have had so many sweets the last month i felt i would get sick if i continued like that each day.
no excuses.no promisses.just the plain truth.
i have been really ill from december 26 till january 2nd.some virus.had a fever.didnt eat anything for nearlly 3 days.so i got on the scales while ill.with an empty stomach and i got the 100 kilo number staring at me...well, as i was saying,since i had the chance to clean my system
for3 days without food,and since its a new year,i though i might try to improve my eating habbits once more.no huge changes.just plain old fashioned good healthy eating.we all know it.the goods and the bads.i am not going to be counting days like i did once.but i will know that january 1st was my starting spot.i dont have a goal.i just want to loose weight.thats it.till i feel comfortable again.
wish me good luck cause i will need it!!!

Good luck, lots of it, santa will bring presents tomorrow for many people so he promised to drop off a big bag of energy at your place. Eating healthily is a great goal! If nothing else it gives you more energy to manage your days and feel good about yourself.
