ARight.... So the food shopping is coming tomorrow, any time between 8 and 6. Tomorrow is THE DAY. Now, whilst I know I've said I am going to get back on track and failed a zillion times in the past two months (Two months? Jesus), and I have voiced my embarrassment about being overly enthusiastic, then it failing, I am going to say it again (and this time I mean it! haha). TOMORROW IS THE DAY I GET BACK ON TRACK. TOMORROW IS THE FIRST DAY OF MY HEALTHY EATING THAT WILL LAST UNTIL I AM A SIZE 10!!!!!!!!
Since I didn't finish the 30 days challenge, I'm going to answer 4 or so questions each day. Which will hopefully help me.
Day 12 - What food plan do you normally follow each day?
Cereals bars, a million cappuchinos, 2 lunches, a fatty dinner, and cake.
Day 13 - Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
I am gaining weight in an unhealthy way.
Day 14 - What is your ultimate goal weight/look?
It is March 2012. The sky is clear and blue, and the air is crisp and cool. I am walking down the road in Kensington, a size 8, with nice new high cheekbones. I am wearing an ultra short retro heat print mini dress, woolly tights, shoes with a two inch heel and a fitted leather jacket. My hair is all glossy and in a really funky cut. I feel fantastic. I feel slim, beautiful and confident. The world is smiling upon me. I sashay into a posh restaurant and meet a lovely man (who is hopefully nick, who has suddenly become lovely). Heads turn as the waiter gives us a good table at the front of the restaurant. And I eat a nice healthy meal, and feel great. And at the nd of the meal, the waiter says "Coffee, Madam?" And I say "No thanks, I'll have a mineral water". The end.
Day 15 - Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
No, I only eat good quality meat though so I know the animal has had a nice life. I like the idea of only eating meat a few times a week, but I don't think I could give it up for good.
