General hysterical diet related rambling: From Flab to Fab.

Tommorow is monday and i wish you have agreat start and yes calorie coiunt again you did great before so you can do great again!

it would be horible if you pack on many pounds you took months to loose beautiful!!!ok 7 pounds its done , dont let it get more and more!Remember the happy feelings!

I know it will be hard, but I can't wait to get started tomorrow!

I have been feeling so sluggish and awful, been getting more headaches, feeling bloated, and I know that my bad food is partly responsible for that. I haven't moaned about it too much as I know you'll all think "If she's is feeling so bad whythehell isn't she eating better?".

So, the plan. For every day. Without fail is.... Get up early and do 10 minutes trampoline and 10 mins strength training. Have breakfast to set me up for the day. Have salad for lunch. Have a dinner of under 500 calories. Count all my calories. Weigh my food. Weigh myself on Wednesdays. I am cutting out sugar and sweetener, except a bit of honey in my morning porridge.

I'm also going to give up smoking in two weeks.

I AM GOING TO GIVE IT MY ALL GIRLYS!!!!!! Expect ranting. Expect screaming. Expect the sugar monster to kick and scream and die a dramatic death. Expect weight loss (GASP!)!!!!!!!

I am 100% absolutely definitely going to do this, no matter what urges, longings or cravings I get. I am going to be slim by Christmas!!!!!!

The reason the sugar monster hasn't attacked you you Eerika, is because he is too busy making my day a misery!

I have had exercised enforced upon me today (Damn it). Also found out my uni gym only costs £60 for the whole year which is nice!

I am so hungry. And so busy. I am having a little break from the uni work I have been doing literally all day, and in an hour I need to leave for my drawing class, and I won't be getting home till about 10 Arrggghhhh. I miss my babies on Mondays.

They were not lying when they said 25 hours of homework a week. Eurgh. I had better go and get my shit sorted.

Eerika. Hmmm..... Well, not exactly strong yet, but I am scared of your fire-head, so I think I'll have to try!

I did college work all day today, but I was mainly working on making my sketch books look pretty, and I did hardly any actual work that I was suppossed to be doing lol. Having stress with student finance again, they lost my kids birth certificates and I need to send off more stuff, arrrgghhhh. I am looking at another 4 weeks till they process it. I just hope the uni are understanding, because the thought of all this work and effort being for nothing is making me all hot headed, and I feel that strangled NOT SORTED feeling in my chest.

My calories for today are not brilliant, but I honestly didn't realise how many were in my dinner!

How's you week going sweetie? Hope it isn't too stressy and that the uni (yes, you called it uni..YAY :hurray:) money thing is sorted soon. I know nothing about it but i hope Jjjay is right and it's easy to sort.

Don't worry too much about not having a totally great food day, you are at least posting it, which is a good start and it wasn't that bad :)

I hope you are getting there with feeling better in yourself too hun.

Oh, when i was at school i use to spend more time making my books etc look pretty than actually doing the work i was supose to do too. It is so much fun isn't it :)

AThey didn't tell me that I was supposed to send in a child benefit letter! They marked my evidence section as complete so I thought they were processing it. I rang up child benefit for a letter and they said it can take UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS to arrive! That's a month with the weekends! And once I have got it and sent it off to student finance, then they will take another two weeks to process it! Ker-azy! So it could be 6 weeks before the finance comes through. In all honesty I am not that bothered about the money to live off right this second, I just wanna know that the tuition fees are being paid! I will go down to the Uni office tomorrow to let them know how long it might take and ask them if its okay. Its not my fault really, student finance SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME!!!!!! Phew.

Yeah, I am feeling a bit better. Probably wouldn't be if it wasn't for being a bit proactive about it tho. I've found the best cheekbone surgeon in London, and I have a consultation with him in 5 1/2 weeks. The receptionist said that I might be able to have them done around Christmas :) Which is nice as hopefully I'll be all skinny around then as well.

:) I got told off for making my pages look pretty at school lol. IT DID COME IN USEFUL MRS. BAGEL!!!!!! This is my contents page at the start of one of my sketchbooks :) One of the projects has the theme stripes, and we went to kew gardens, plus we are doing stuff about line weight and thickness, so I think its really appropriate. And I like it lol. The fact that there are no contents on the contents page is besides the point. Hell, we probably wont even need a contents page. But its my sketchbook, and I will do what I like with it :p I have just bought page number stickers off ebay, so I will put one on every page. And it will be properly professional looking :) Even tho sketchbooks aren't supposed to have page numbers. But it is around 300 pages. So It'll be useful. Possibly.

My calories are headed down in the right direction, even if I'm not quite there yet! I had been eating about 2500ish calories a day, so its a big improvement. And the scales have already gone down 2lbs since yesterday morning :) Can't wait to be celebrating a healthy BMI, again lol. I woke up this morning, and my first thought was about healthy eating. Which hasn't happened in a while! I did go on the trampoline, but I was aching after my puny workout session yesterday lol, so I gave up after 5 minutes. But at least I went on there!

AIm glad you're back in business. And it's definitely a big difference eating ~1500 cals instead of ~2500. I ate probably almost 3000 calories per day when I was doing bad.. So my weight has been dropping down too. Isn't it just the best feeling?? I know there is shitty moments too, when you're feeling hungry and so on.. But the feeling when you notice you're skinnier, I just love it. When clothes fits better and face starts to look less chubby. :D Those are the things what carries me through this.. I want to feel it. :)
