AHello my lovely ladies, Sorry I disappeared! I started my cleaning spree last night, and was so in the flow of it that I didn't want to go on the computer and get out of my stride. I did 5 hours of cleaning yesterday, and another 7 hours today. Half of my house is so ridiculously clean you can probably see it shining from outer space
I ate well yesterday, and today.

Kate Yep, I do do deliveries. But I also need first class transport there and a night in a five star hotel lol.
Yesterday I made my own ravioli! And I've gotta say I am very impressed with myself. I can't find my memory card tho (bugger and curses) to show you the pics. It was spinach and ricotta, with a tomato and garlic and onion sauce. So much nicer than the shops!
So... the two 30 day challenge questions I've missed out on....
Day 05 - Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
Because I don't want to be repulsive, because I want to wear a bikini at least once before I die, Because I want to have hot wild uninhibited sex, because when I eat badly I feel lethargic, because I want to be a good role model to my kids, because it feels horrible not being chatted up when I'm out, because I want to wear nice clothes without people thinking "nice outfit, shame that she's fat", because I want the satisfaction of knowing that I have pushed through this time and done it. I want to prove to myself that I really am capable of it. So... Yep. Mainly for myself
Day 06 - Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.
I use things going wrong as an excuse to binge. I know I won't feel better afterwards. I might not even want the bad food that badly. It just like I have been wanting something for a while, then something bad happening is the trigger to go and get it. Its my exuse to you, to myself, and to everyone else. Because everyone knows that if you have got/had a weight problem, that's what you do when they're tired, bored or emotional (said sarc-illy!). I do it not because I want or need to, but because I have an excuse. And it is always the family sized bar of chocolate I buy, not the small one. At least I know its an excuse, if nothing else!
