I'm a coffee girl too, but lately I've been trying to not do more than two. And I really only like it with lots of milk... disastrous.

Tip: Just keep a water bottle with you. You'll drink from it without realising it. When you're sitting at the computer, or whatever, just have some water in a glass there too. You'll drink it! :)

I drink water all day at work and at the weekend I have a couple of coffees but try to stick to water. When I first started forcing myself to drink 1.5 litres at work a day, it was fairly uncomfortable. I work in an open plan office and litrally needed a pee every twenty minutes, the people who sit near the toilets must have thought I was a right old lady bladder.

I know its not water, technically, but I have been sipping on sugar free lemonade all day. So only 4 coffees today, and one of them is saved for later :)

I only lost 0.4 kgs in the last 6 days, but hey, at least its going down! And I did eat practically an entire pizza to myself on Sunday. Another 9lbs (hopefully in the next month), then I'll be half way there! Woohooooo.

My boyfriend has just had a rant and said he will be doing his own shopping from now on, as its not just healthy, but "taking the piss healthy" (fuelled by bean mash instead of jacket potatoes- I have gotta admit that it was gross). He marched away from dinner and went to the fried chicken shop on the corner :)

Hi girl! Haha - the boyfriend rant is hilarious. :) And going from bean mash to fried chicken - awesome.

I wonder if he actually WILL do his own shopping from now on. Don't let him get a bunch of naughty foods and keep them in the house! If he wants that, then he can hide them just for himself (my dad always used to put chocolate and lollies for himself at the back drawer of his business desk behind all his drawing tools - funny how I still know that's where all the 'fun' stuff lives! haha)

and ONLY 0.4 in six days?:banghead: I was so happy that I achieved this same loss this week! Hahahha. ;)
 
WEIGH DAY!!!!!!! :) so 0.4 in 6 days... how much in 7 days? ...or did you decide not to weigh this week? Or at least, not the Wednesday of this week?
 
Awwww thanks Jasper, Its so nice to know I have peopple rooting for me!

Of course he won't do his own food shopping lol. I've been using reverse psychology on him when I've been doing it, encouraging him to get greasy fatty foods. I have been doing it in a very subtle way, and he told me that he didn't want anything unhealthy. But it backfired on me a bit haha. I usually get him and the kids a different meal to me a couple of times week anyway, this week he has beef burgers (moaned about the sweet potato chips tho), and pie (he moaned it was too small), and other meals he is having is chilli con carne and curry, so he isn't too bloody hard done by! So watch this space, this week I WILL do the shopping (whether he likes it or not), but I will get the most unhealthy foods ever for him, and give him a mountain of it on his plate, while I sit there with something healthy. My aim is to carry on playing mind games till he's disgusted with himself lol.

I didn't weigh myself again today, think I'll leave it till next Wednesday. I really am going to try hard this month.

As I'm now in the mood for twatting about with pics, and also feeling quite skinny as my size 16 jeans I'm wearing keep falling down, I thought I'd do some more progrss pics. I'm having quite an ugly day today, so don't look at my face lol. I've tried to keep my head the same size, and knees in the same place so you can see the difference easily. The first one is at around 14 stone 9 (205lbs), the second is at 13 stone 2 (184), so 21lbs difference. I am quite impressed with myself. Even if i am having an ugly day.

After putting up my front view pics, I have thought SOD IT....... I am going to put up one of my truly horrific beast of an official before photo that I swore was going to remain hidden till I was a size 10. This one was taken only 15lbs ago, and the difference is big for the amount of weight I've lost, so with no further ado, I will embarrass myself, completely.
You will see what I mean about the double chin situation. It has reduced a bit, hopefully it'll be gone for good soon.....

I am pleased to announce that so far, I have kept my bootilicious butt, and its almost entirely muscle now. only about half a cm deep of fat on the bottom half when I clench it. BIG BUTTS RULE!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4he79krseU

Amazing! There's a big difference already at 15lbs! Especially the stomache has really shrunk !

I was wondering when I should post my after pics ;). I'm only -4 lbs in but ill be looking forward to seeing as big a change when I hit 15 I hope!

I would do it, but I wouldn't be sure how to. Theres loads of time lapse vids like that on youtube, I love watching them. Most of them look like the people doing them have been using steroids tho.

Damn, gil, check out those legs! :D Jealoussssssss... And that BUTTTTT!!!! :) :) :) It is such an enormous change! Of course, like everyone is saying, the difference in your stomach is most noticeable, but DAMN! Those legs! ;)I can't believe your BMI is still what it is - in that photo you look so healthy! You are smokin. No joke about it.

And absolutely enormous congrats on taking the plunge and posting what you consider to be an ugly photo. I think it's a real sign that you feel so much better about yourself when you can look at old photos where you think you look bad, but realise that you aren't that person anymore.

wow! The pic looks great - that is a HUGE difference for 15lbs - you can see exactly where it has all come off. Don't worry about the before pic - all it does is make the after pic stand out so much more. I only have a couple of horrific photos of me 50lbs ago...because I avoided cameras like the plague but I cringe in embarrassment at the thought of other people remembering me looking like that and I can't "erase" their memories! The irony is, they probably don't give it a second thought and just see me as I am now.

I've been doing 100 sit-ups every day (including oblique ones with my knees to the side). When I first started out I was struggling to do 8 and making loud groaning noises, so it really shows how much difference they make.

And Joh, if you saw me naked you would disagree about the bmi thing. Although, last time I was this weight I was a couple of inches bigger. I felt a hard lump on my arm the other day, and I was thinking "what is that"? And it was just a muscle :) The muscles in my mid thigh are also making an appearance.

Hello thigh muscles, nice to finally meet you!

I would love to get a body like Lady gagas in her born this way video. I think her body is perfect.
