Gaining ME, kicking DQ to the curb

Great way to see a situation from such a positive perspective! Day 5 of SBD. I'll admit that I don't feel remarkably better but the cheese I've been eating is wreaking havoc on my tummy- need to find better foods to implement for this first phase- my allergy to dairy is killing me! Hope you're well x
 
I REALLY want Dairy Queen. :mad:

I am STILL sugar free since March 23, and I am going for a walk instead. If I still feel crazy I will allow myself extra calories by having fruit.
 
Went for the walk, had fruit..................................

I decided to be bad, but sugar-free, and got some fast food fries! I needed a break from this!

Back at it tomorrow.
 
One other thing...I am thinking of leaving the forum diary and starting a more in-depth private online journal.

Hey...I'm STILL sugar-free! But otherwise not good. My landlord told us our house is going on the market so I will be very busy with getting a new place to live, moving, etc. I won't be able to check in for a month or two. But I am sugar-free! Thanks for asking!
 
I'm back

I had DQ today for the first time since last spring, but a year later I haven't lost the weight I want. I want to try again!

I want to lose five pounds.

I want to add that I have made progress. I am much more fit than last year, and I can button my skinny jeans that I couldn't last year. But the scale is the same. I do want to get rid of my mid-section that keeps trying to remind me that I am 40.
 
A long time since I've posted.

I fell off the wagon not long after the above post and put on even more weight! But then I gave up refined sugar for good over 1 1/2 years ago! Really! No DQ! It's been the best thing I've ever done for myself. Doing that I've lost 12 pounds!!

I am now six pounds away from my goal and I want to lose two inches from my waist and my hips. So here I am again!!
