Congrats on remaining sugar free! I'm cutting down on sugars and articial sweeteners but havent gone cold turkey on the artificial ones as these next two weeks i can't even have fruit so i need my sugar free popsicles- Hope you are well! xxx

drink about 2 litres of water and then if youre still hungry go in for some carrots! they are very filling and extremely low calories. also they make your jaw ache so give you the satisfaction of chewing

I am exercising more, and before I started this I was averaging 2,100 calories a day or more. Now I'm averaging 1,650 (but aiming to get to 1,550).
I am in for the long haul. I am not giving up! In fact, now I am more determined. My fat needs to be very afraid.
I know its cliche, but try not to get too discouraged- our weight fluctuates every day and one day i was up FOUR POUNDS and went all the way back down the next day so hang in there til tomorrow and try again tomorrow! You're doing great!
