Gaining ME, kicking DQ to the curb

Last night I went over my calories by 300, but it was with fruit and whole grains. Instead of kicking my weekend off the old way- with pizza or Chinese, I had my healthy extras mentioned above. Then I made a cup of chamomile tea and sipped it while soaking in a nice hot bubble bath with a vanilla candle burning.

Lots of yummy things besides food. :)

Congrats on remaining sugar free! I'm cutting down on sugars and articial sweeteners but havent gone cold turkey on the artificial ones as these next two weeks i can't even have fruit so i need my sugar free popsicles- Hope you are well! xxx

I haven't lost any more weight despite sticking to my plan. I know if I keep at it will go. I hope it will!
 
UGH. I'm trying to read to take my mind off of junk food. Not the sweet kind, but anything with mayo or grease! I took a walk after dinner and I felt great. Now I feel like I want to eat tons and fall into bed with a carb coma.

I won't, though!
 
drink about 2 litres of water and then if youre still hungry go in for some carrots! they are very filling and extremely low calories. also they make your jaw ache so give you the satisfaction of chewing

What kind of bullocks is this?! I have been faithful for over two weeks and I GAINED a pound?! I don't have the heart to change my ticker. Allow me that. :(

I am exercising more, and before I started this I was averaging 2,100 calories a day or more. Now I'm averaging 1,650 (but aiming to get to 1,550).

I am in for the long haul. I am not giving up! In fact, now I am more determined. My fat needs to be very afraid.

I know its cliche, but try not to get too discouraged- our weight fluctuates every day and one day i was up FOUR POUNDS and went all the way back down the next day so hang in there til tomorrow and try again tomorrow! You're doing great!

I should get my Pom Poms out [no, I don't really own any]. Just stay focused and trust me, you'll be fine- My weight went up to 163 for 3 weeks now and came down to 161 today finally- you just have to ignore the frustration and remain focused on the goal! Hope your day gets better xxx

And I got a decaf and wrote in my journal. :D

I like to get out of the house in the evenings to take my mind of off food. I know, lots of temptation in TH's but it didn't bother me. I also went for a walk. :)
 
I just calculated my waist-to-hip ratio, something I've never done. The results:

Wow...I had no idea...I never calculated that before...it's scary but motivating! It's also validating because while my BMI is in the healthy range, I figured my dislike of my acquired mid-age spread was a vanity thing. Not so!
