How did you structure your training for the running... like how many days a week... did u follow couch 2 5 k religiously?? I started it, but just stopped round week 3... was REALLY difficult to push further... then I got sick 
Now I've had one run since I've been better, but I'm feeling scared of it for some reason!
I WANT TO RUN 4 MILES!!!
