Goodness!
Yeah, the inclines on my route are quite something! I keep my treadmill's incline at 7, but some of the areas on my route feel like 10+ when I'm walking up them.
I don't even pull into the customer driveways when I have a parcel to deliver. I keep my jeep on the road, park it, throw my hazards on, and run the package up to their door, regardless of how long or steep their driveway is. Not to mention my route gets more packages than any of the other 9 routes in the office, so I'm staying quite active throughout the day usually
These last few days tho, haven't been stellar in terms of good weight loss. My roommate's cousin, Richie, is visiting, and he's a lot of fun to hang out with. Big guy, like my roommate, very italian and loves to eat and hang out. So, when he comes to visit, we usually go out or get food to make out the house (hotdogs, hamburgers, etc).
This week has been a rough one, in terms of emotional and physical exhaustion. I stayed level, thanks in part to doing over an hour+ of running yesterday, even though Richie insists I did 2+ hours. lol. We had reservations for dinner at 8:30, but I lost track of time last night and didn't end up finishing until almost 9, so we missed out on dinner.
Buuut.. Richie had never been to the local strip club in the area. Now, my roommate and I have been to this place only one other time months ago on a Tuesday. Richie wanted to go last night, Saturday. He's married though, so the rule is he can go, but no lap dances. He would be the DD since he doesn't drink.
Well, we went last night and, uhhh, I didn't fare too well with no drinking. I had quite a few beers and some rum. I got 3 lap dances, too.. lol. The dancers really seemed to magnetize toward the 3 of us, even though the whole place was packed and we were squeezed in amongst everyone at the stage. It's so creepy making eye contact with the other guys in places like that. I'm not huge into these kinds of places. It's ok to go once and a while with some friends, sure.. but the amount of second hand smoke I inhaled, ugh.
Anyway, so my third lap dance was kinda funny. I was pretty drunk, and I even came to a point where I started telling each dancer that approached me at the stage that I had a full-body Spider-Man spandex suit, lol - don't ask. This one dancer, who had glasses and was going for a nerdy/school girl look, really seemed to like it and approached me afterward calling me Spider-Man!

She was super cute, too! She's like, 'ok Spidey, ready for a dance?' I said, 'Absolutely, Mary Jane!' lol!
She was a bigger nerd than I thought, actually. We actually talked about Star Trek while she was spinning around with her legs over my head, lol.
Ok, so it was fun! Richie really enjoyed it and, together, we bought my roommate a lap dance because he's been in a funk lately and seemed to need a little 'pick me up'.
Afterward though, we stopped at Sheetz and I caved to a cheesy turkey melt sandwich :\ Not the best thing to eat at almost 1am.
Eh, but yeah. Today I ate crappy, but it's my cheat day. Lots of elbow macaroni. However, I have tomorrow off from work (with pay! woohoo), so I'll probably spend the majority of that on the treadmill trying to get this water weight, that no doubt will have me close to the 200's again, off tomorrow.
I need to update and be on more often

My apologies, but this new work schedule, and some other things in my life, have really been hogging the majority of my attention and focus
I hope everyone is doing well! I do come on and read posts and/or journal entries, but I don't always have the time to fashion appropriate responses some nights
I may need a vacation soon, even though it's only been a few weeks
