194 this morning, so the retention is coming off very quickly this week

I was 198 yesterday morning.
I want to try and aim for 184ish by Sunday, so if I just stay focused, it might be possible. I'm just sick of not being under 185 for so long :\
Thanks parus, but as for resisting the pizza, I must admit that it wasn't so difficult considering I had a pint of Ben & Jerry's singing my name from the fridge

It was a healthier flavor though - only 1000 calories as opposed to my favorite flavors that have ~1250. hah
It felt a LOT easier running on the treadmill without all that cheese and bread in my system. Normally, I'd eat like 2-3 pieces of pizza followed a few hours later by the ice cream, but I've always preferred sweets over anything else. My roommate and his gf gave me a bit of crap for not participating in the pie, but I stayed strong

At one point, my roomie even came over with a plate full of pizza and literally almost shoved it in my face. lol, he's not very supportive of my regimen some days.
Well, with any luck, I'll be back in the 180's by Wednesday
