Normally I use to rotate my diet according to my zim trainer, but for so long my diet is no more fixed and since then I am gaining weight and getting fatty, But I will be taking diet chart as you have got and this may help me increasing calories as you do.

That should read "and in 4h week increase 100 calories a day from 1800 to 2100."
I would be careful not to stray too far from Katahn's diet. You don't want to lower your metabolism.

That's not going to happen. I lost 1.6 lbs on 1750 calories yesterday. Clearly I have not slowed my metabolism. Basically I am perfecting the Katahn Rotation Diet, customizing it so that it works best for me.![]()
That's a substantial weight loss on 1750 calories. Maybe you have sped up your metabolism?
