As for wild blueberries, we get tonnes up here too....the problem is your out there picking them with black bears who also like blueberries but like people just as much....especially with blueberries lol. Really gotta keep your eyes open.
But yes, blueberries are super healthy and really low cal! :)

Well...today was a great day.

I spent the night at the cottage and woke up with the sun this morning.
I was dissapointed I didnt get my Oatmeal with R&B so I settled for 3 scrambled eggs, a tomato and a slice of 12 grain toast.

I missed my snack....unless you call a coffee with baileys a snack. (Ya I know...but its camp..and my day off).

Lunch was 2 thin fast fry steaks (about 2 oz each) a tomato, some cottage cheese and a rice cake. I was sooo hungry, I could have chewed the arse outta a squirrel cause it was about 6 hours between breakfast and lunch...waited way too long to eat. But I was busy cleaning out the garage.

I had a lite beer for a snack....(I took a break and plonked the lawn chair in the lake in about 2 feet of water. It was 30C and gorgeous....and the beer was refreshing.

Supper was a lettuce and tomato salad and a 1/2 a venison steak. (6 oz). I also had one of the kids meatballs cause i didnt want to throw it out and it was already a leftover.

Snack tonite is going to be a piece of cheese and an apple.

I jumped on the scale again this morning.

I am way ahead of schedule...I was hoping on hitting 200 by end of summerish.

But so far, it hasnt been too much of a struggle.

I should change my plans an see if I can hit 200 by end of June!

I also took some pics today to post on before and after....but ya know what...aint gonna happen. Still look like an overfilled grocery bag lol. Maybe end of June.

I had an awesome meal plan day today and a great workout. Arms feel like Gumby dammit! lol

I am way ahead of schedule...I was hoping on hitting 200 by end of summerish.

But so far, it hasnt been too much of a struggle.

I should change my plans an see if I can hit 200 by end of June!

Hiya Juni - Thanks Juni....I hope it doesnt stop. I'm really hoping for 200 by July now. Plans this weekend?? I gotta work. Three nite shifts. Oh well...if I am lucky, I might be able to go the cottage for a swim if it stays hot here.
Other than that, its gonna be a quiet weekend.

Shawna - How can you be embarrassed? You just posted a pic of yourself on the internet hardly wearing anything! I think you're doing great and I bet you are very proud of it! WTG!!

Well....today was a pretty good day. I weighed in at a perfect 206. I was worried yesterdays number was low thinking I was dehydrated or something. So its real...happy happy!

Also today...I had to stop and think how long its been since I wore a sweatshirt to hide my flab. I've actually been going out in t-shirt and shorts and ....today...I wore a golf shirt. You know the polo style. I felt normal! lol
My moobs are almost acceptable, and my gut isnt like I was a harlem globetotter hiding a basketball. We're gettin there.

I had a great start today....but am ending on a wobbly note. I've been soooo hungry today. Nothing seemed to suppress my appetite...
B- oatmeal w/r&b 350
S-kiwi and 2 small apples 200
L-ground turkey patty w/ a rice cake and some roasted peppers 350
S-protein shake 125
D-1 piece of fried chicken and a bowl of stewed mixed veggies. 400
I was still uncomfortably hungry and ate about 15 miniature meatballs and a rice cake when I got to work. (they were the size of a quarter.) 500 estimate

So calorie wise, I think I'm fubared for the day. And I still have to work all nite and I know I'll be hungry. But I will count that towards tomorrows eating.

You're doing so great! I am sure you will hit your goal of being under 200 way sooner than the end of July.
 
Flumes, you are doing SO GREAT!! There's no way that it will take you until the end of June to lose the next 6lbs.

I know exactly what you mean about changing your concept of what you can and can't wear as you lose weight - the stuff that no way suited you before suddenly become possible - its such a great feeling.

So I don't know what happened. Yesterday wasn't a bad day eating, as well as the day before.....jump on the scale this morning....209?!?!?!

Jump on it again...same thing. I'm going to change the friggin batteries tomorrow...I dont know. 3+ lbs and I was good!

I'm workin nites so I know Im not gettin enuff sleep....4 hours a day sucks. And I know with all the work that Im doing in the garage, I am sure I burned more cals than I would have if I would have gotten 8 hours sleep.

Did I mention I was in a shitty mood?? lol

I had energy to burn today, (I tend to be active when Im pissed off)....even went in to work late so I could sweep, mop and vacuum the house before my wife and kids got home from camp. (She'll know I had a bad day as soon as she sees the house is clean! lol)

Oh...and the weather has been sunny and +30s all weekend here while I am working. Tomorrow starts my days off and its cold and rainy! WTF!

Im going to weigh in tomorrow again....so much for havin a cheat meal on my days off. Sheesh.
