I can't have ice cream in the house either.... I've tried it a couple of times as my son loves it, but I always end up eating some.

Some good advice I heard as far as treats are concerned is never impulse eat. If you want a chocolate or something, tell yourself that you will allow yourself a bar of chocolate the following evening. Although I can't really talk lol, I pigged out yesterday, but I blame the three vodkas I had haha.

Are you having purple bridesmaids dresses?

I agree with what Chelsea said earlier on about artificial sweeteners being added to things, I am going to cut them out starting tomorrow.
 
Yeah, impulse eating will be the death of me. I see a piece of candy here at work and I get some. Ugh!

Alcohol always makes me hungry! I'm gonna have to watch myself tonight!

It must be really hard to resist stuff at work because you can't control what's there like at home. They should have a diet, and non-diet section of the building :)

lol, I just wish people didn't have candies and other sweet stuff I love lying around! It makes is so difficult.:svengo:

just dropping by to say your doing great!! I also can't have any type of sweet or snack I like in the house...A HERSHEY or SNICKERS bar is pure torture if the boys bring one home!! I would eat a whole 6 pack in the day and not even blink an eye...chocolate is my downfall!!

Now you don't get to hard on yourself...remember a few bad hours doesn't take away from all the thousands of hours you have put in already!! Eat it...try to burn it..and forget about it!! Enjoy your wine...and your nite :):)
 
Oh yes, it was a great night!:p

Today for lunch I had a 5 or 6 inch piece of Louisiana smoked sausage. It's not as fatty as the smoked sausage you buy in the grocery stores. I'm really not sure on the calories amount. I looked up a Louisiana brand and they say 120 per 2 oz. I'm gonna say maybe 6 oz (pry on the high side) so about 360 calories. Then half a cup of cooked rice-190

Lunch total: 550

Dinner-
6 inch on wheat veggie patty with provologne cheese, light mayo, and sweet onion sauce.

6inch patty with wheat bread-390 cal
prov cheese-50cal
light mayo-50 cal
sweet onion sauce- 41cal
baked lays-130cal

Dinner total- 661

Total for day so far-1211 cal

I will probably have a snack later on tonight.

I'm so glad it's friday! Going to see Captain America tomorrow with the fiance and just relax this weekend. Probably play some Halo 3 and NCAA football.

I'm trying to enjoy as much as possible before classes start back up again. UGH!

Oh and I weight myself today and I was 165lb. For such a bad week I was very pleased with myself. :party:Also I was pretty swollen and dehydrated from the wine last night, so I may even weigh less. I'll check again on Sunday and will change the ticker accordingly.

I'm excited to go see it. We were gonna see it last weekend, but my fiance was sick, so I took care of him the whole time.

Two and 1/2 hours and it's the weekend for me. Can't wait to go home!

Going to run tomorrow. Didn't go yesterday and running just isn't something I do the night after a few glasses of wine, so I didn't go today either.

1/2 mile here I come. Then gonna do some bicycle crunches and try some pushups.

Does anyone lift weights? I have 3 and 8lbs dumbells, but don't really use them. I know I really should, my arms are so ugly! I'm also gonna hit the heavy bag tomorrow. I'm pumped to kick my butt tomorrow!

I do weights on the trampoline (2.5 kg ones), and also tricep dips and girly pushups. My arm muscles have got bigger, but you can't notice them unless I do a "macho man" fists up pose :) Women gain muscle at two a month maximum, and muscle takes up less space than fat, so I doubt there will be any extra bulk. And if there is, it only takes 6 weeks of no weight training to lose it again.
 
Yeah, I was super happy after I calculated it out. Still able to have my sweets, just less than before. Which I'm fine with.

Well this is day three of no running. lol. It's just so boring and tiring. lol. I think I'll pull out the rebounder and do that, plus the other exercises I had listed. No sense in doing something I don't enjoy. Plus it's pretty hot outside. Yuck!

I think it is great you workout even when you don't feel like it! Do you always run the same route? Perhaps you could make it more interesting by taking another route, even drive somewhere by car first?

Just had a busy weekend, not much time for getting on here. Been struggling with my workouts. Just haven't had the motivation to do much. Did the rebounder a bit, but just can't bring myself to run. Ugh, this is pathetic.

Weighed myself earlier and I believe it read like 163 or 164. I think I'll just wait till Friday to change the ticker though. I'm still eating well, making sure I stay below, at, or just a little above 1400 calories. So I know even though I'm not exercising hard I should still see some loss. But I also know working out will help burn this fat off of my much faster. Just gotta get my head up.

Saw Captain America this weekend, though was dissapointed in the ending. But I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

Breakfast: 1 banana-90cal

lunch:
turkey on ww bread with schredded cheese and some mayo.-320

snack- small arby's chocolate shake-450

Dinner:
Michalina's flatbread pizza-300
baked sour cream and onion chips-140

Total: 1300 calories.

May or may not have a small snack later on. Right now I'm just sticking with water. The chocolate shake was an impulse buy, but I'm still below my calorie limit for the day so I don't feel bad about it.

Four more hours at work. Got a killer headache that I hope goes away soon.
