Just a wild guess, but I'd guess that maybe the weight training got the kinks out, brought in more blood to the area, and boosted your endorphins a bit. How's that for a totally unscientific explanation?![]()

I'm getting a little sick of my squats and deadlifts, so I do them first thing in my routine, diligently.
My neck was sore and tired yesterday at work. When I weight trained, it miraculously felt better which I think is counterintuitutive. What do you have to say about THAT?

Bike trouble, DRATS!! hopefully you can get the bike up and running real soon! Oh and we ended up picking up some scotch, I want to say it was Glenndfitch, I know that's not right, but it sounds like that. HAHAHHA Well, our friend just LOVED it and he was quite happy when we brought it over for him. I guess it's good stuff, I don't know. I'm a wine girl after all. LOL LOL
