Sweet bike man. I've been doing a lot of riding myself. And look at your weight, geez!
If you are planning on doing a lot of riding, I'd drop some of the steady state cardio. You don't want to over do it, but let your body be your guide.
Hi Steve, yeah I expected to drop a bit -- but that's insane! Actually, I was going to replace my steady state cario all together with biking, and maybe even all my cardio for a while. I might go down to a single HIIT session a week for a while. It's hard to get back in the gym on an elliptical after working out outside.
