Your day-before yesterday workout reminds me of my own this morning - so crappy I'm not even calling it a work-out - it was more of an "attempted" work-out - the body was just not cooperating! Hope I "bounce back" as quick as you did. Sorry about your wife's knee...along with lunges, the leg press is the other one I can't do either without my right knee getting painful post work-out - but it's never been a bad as hers seems to be - hope it's resolved soon! I won't even comment on your present weight fluctuation 'cause we both know how it's gonna turn out in the end
I still remember the day I "discovered" those wonderful things...and it was over a year ago....I think there's only like 3 ingredients and one of them is water!
