i have to say - you dont look 59, or even close to it.
From the av i would have said 35-40ish, 45 at an absolute tops!
Whatever you're doing - keep it up! in fact bottle me some and post it
LOL, thanks Wishes. I attribute this to a
very low stress life style. 15 years ago, I was running a $140 million corporation, with over 120 employees. I worked 12 hours a day, and was on high blood pressure medication. I got out of the corporate rat race 12 years ago and started working from my home, and I think it made a huge difference. Of course, being with my wonderful wife for 33 years, and having two incredible kids is a big part of the equation, too. I have had a very lucky, blessed life.
That is heartbreaking to read. Did you all hear about that new law I think in MA that will make it illegal for employers to discriminate against people because of their size. The news said currently MI is the only state that has this law, which also includes height discrimination. Lots of people are against government regulation, but I think its a good thing as I do believe people are discriminated against because of their size in the workplace.
Actually, I think what has to be fixed first is our health care system. A lot of employers discriminate against fat people because of insurance costs. I know, it's not a valid reason, because for that matter, you could make a case for discriminating against Indians because of a higher risk of diabetes, and blacks because of more risk for high bp. I'm just saying, that's the excuse they make. Since our health care system is a travesty anyway, getting universal health care in place would go a long way toward removing this as any sort of "legitimate" reason.
See! no jokes this time!
bows to the G.O.M. with his head down and walks backwards out of the room ----

LOL, promise you won't laugh when you see them! My wife is going to go to the gym with me, and take photos of me as I'm doing my weight training. That ought to be interesting!
Morning Tommy boy!! How's my little work out stud doing this morning!!! Yeah I can call you that, you are one, you are the MOST DEDICATED work out person I've ever known. And I was reading back at all those posts about age and be invisible, Tom I can not see you as being one of those people who are not noticed, that just blows my mind. That's just my opinion of course!! You look superb for your age my friend!! Love the new avatar also. Has it been a few days since I stopped by or what, GUSH!!! I just can't keep up anymore!! Well, I hope you have a great rest of your weekend. I need to go catch up on some others. Take care friend!
Kim
"Workout stud" -- you crack me up!

I'm not sure which is the real factor here, dedication or fear. But whatever it is, it keeps me going back to the gym for more punishment. Maybe I'm just a masochist! The avatar was taken from a crop of a family pic at mother's day this year. Glad you like it! Have a great weekend yourself!
