Am down 10 kg in six weeks and 6 days. And down 18 kg in total from highest weight. Working towards first 25 kg, just 7 more!!

Morning: buckwheat bread 100, liver paté 90, cucumber and pepper bell 10, vanilla soy latte 100.
Snack:
Lunch: buckwheat bread 120, salami 40, mayo 30, cucumber 10, clementine 50.
Snack: honey melon and almonds 150.
Dinner: raw veggies 75, pickles 75, corn chips 300, dip 200, taragon chicken (with skin) 450.
Total: 1800, a little higher than usual, but I cannot gain from that.
