First of May – My New Way

Am down 10 kg in six weeks and 6 days. And down 18 kg in total from highest weight. Working towards first 25 kg, just 7 more!!

Morning: buckwheat bread 100, liver paté 90, cucumber and pepper bell 10, vanilla soy latte 100.
Snack:
Lunch: buckwheat bread 120, salami 40, mayo 30, cucumber 10, clementine 50.
Snack: honey melon and almonds 150.
Dinner: raw veggies 75, pickles 75, corn chips 300, dip 200, taragon chicken (with skin) 450.
Total: 1800, a little higher than usual, but I cannot gain from that.
 
I've been skimming through some diaries here on the forum and I came across yours.

From what it seems, you've been doing really good since you started your weight loss journey. I'm sure that being a mother to 3 kids can be exhausting. But, hey...look at the bright side - I'm sure it gives you plenty of exercise, HAHAHA. That's got to help with burning calories, right?

Anyway, it seems you're doing really good. Keep it up!!!

130,8 kg today so close to the 120's, that's kind of a big thing to me that weight not starts with 13' or 14', but 12' - and soon 11' too.
Eventful day, started 4.30am and had to bike 5 km in a blizard with the kids in the trailer. It was so heavy biking through the snow, was already exhausted when I arrived at work. And then a patient I gave a shower blackout'ed on me. Friday half the staff leaves at 11am so it's busy I'm in the group who works until 3pm. Anyway we're home now, it's 6pm and just had dinner. 1570 cals total and I will probably have some Friday candy later on.

Today I slipped into a "new" pair of pants that have been in my wardrope since I got pregnant with the oldest 7 years ago. Weight gave me 5 different results highest 132,1 lowest 129,8. Sticking to diet will bring me to the official 120's no later than Monday I believe.
 
Morning: buckwheat bread with vegan curry spread, a banana and soy latte 300.
Snack:
Lunch: buckwheat bread with liver paté and bologna, pickles and salad leaves 250.
Snack: sugar free lemon jelly 25, unsweetend canned fruit salad 50, can of coke 150.
Dinner: aspargus soup 275, millet bread with garlic and parsley 300
Total: 1350.

Can hardly believe how well I'm doing with this diet at the moment. I had 550 cals of candy and chocolate last night, I already felt like I had had enough halfway through my bowl and I have no candy cravings today at all.
Did bake raisin cake for the kids and my dad earlier and made just one serving low cal lemon jelly for me. May it last a while!

Not a great day, I woke up feeling bloathed, heavy, hungry, nauseous blah blahTOM time, weight is even up 3 pounds. Wonderful.. I've been so hungry today that I am amazed I stayed on my cals. A large lunch helped a lot - and the fact that I do get full from a meal that I pre diet start would think was a ridiculously attempt to get full from.
 
Congrats on those new pants. It's a great feeling to see your clothes shrinking! ;)

I hope you're feeling better. I hate what TOM can do to our bodies! Mine's right around the corner again. Ick!
 
The best motivation is def. getting into a smaller clothing size :beerchug:


Was up 3 times visiting the can and weight is down to 130,7 so excess water is leaving my body again. Still driven mad by hunger. Must not give in. I am buried in paper work and chores today, but I hope to get an hour of walking in.
 
Yay! Glad the water weight is leaving! I know about those hunger pains. Just try to eat sensibly and you'll be fine. :)
 
AWFUL day at work, mentally I am completely drained and dissapointed, the best there is to say is that tomorrow is last workday this semester. Examination is Friday, I do not feel ready at all and I just ate 800 cals of blueberry soy yoghurt and some leftover chicken. Must see to that stress eating does not continue tomorrow.
 
Sorry you had a rough day. :( Stress is a killer for me too, but look at the bright side. You at least chose healthier foods to over indulge in. It could've been worst (chips, ice cream, cake, etc). Try to leave yesterday in the past. Hopefully today goes better! :)
 
I'm back. Yesterday was a day of eating due to stressing about the exame. Mostly I ate strawberries, blueberry soy yoghurt and whole grain crackers. That's still lots of cals, and I had wine gums too. Today will not be great either, am going out to celebrate that I GOT AN A!! So happy and relieved. A large steak, dessert and some wine before returning to diet and exercise.
 
Morning: steak with raw carrots and an apple + soy latte 300.
Snack:
Lunch: aspargus soup 130, popped millet 70, soy latte 30.
Snack: stewed apples 150, a carrot 30.
Dinner: homemade burger (millet bun, beef patty, loads of salad, onion, pickles, mustard, ketchup, jalapeños) 440
Total: 1150
will eat more later and end at 1600.
Exercise: biking 5 km
walking 5 km, god it was cold out there! -8,3 C/ 17 F. Cold enough to drive me back at the gym. Indoor.
 
Morning: 2 wholegrain crackers with tuna, onion, mayo, salad leaves and onion, 2 grated carrots and the juice from half a lemon, a soy latte 300.
Snack: stewed apples 200, almonds 100.
Lunch: 2 wholegrain crackers with tuna, salad, pickles and mayo 275, small can of energizer drink 125.
Snack: vegan chocolate pudding 250.
Dinner: 2 wholegrain crackers with tuna, onions, pickles and mayo 300, vegan chocolate pudding 125.
Total: 1625
Have been home alone all weekend and never bothered to buy food.

I have had piles of apples, salad and carrots - and I had tuna and crackers, why shop in the snow when diet could still be healthy. I did my walks still it was great getting out with music in my ears and just watching the snow flakes fly around over the sea. I wore TWO coats, and there was still plenty of space in my coat. Cannot believe that I was that big.
New all time low 129,6kg/285.7 lbs.

Did meassurements too and they are, ofcourse, also the smallest number so far. These past three weeks of working in a uniform I have just had old clothes or sweath pants on at home and during transportation so when I got back in my normal jeans and an old tunica this morning I noticed they were bigger than before, and I am even wearing skiing underwear underneath.
