First of May – My New Way

Merry christmas everyone!
It's chrismas eve today and I am eating what I feel like, however here is only wine gums, fruits and nuts that I can eat, everything else has got milk and/or gluten in it. But that's fine I am used to it and besides I do not really feel like eating it, my stomach simply cannot contain all it used to. I have had 500 cals of wine gums and 200 cals of nuts and I am so stuffed.

Had a fantastic christmas! I ate quite a lot of gravy and chips, but not much else. Today I have already had 150 cals of wine gums, have to be careful not making it a slippery slope. I am weighing in at the 28th. before we are going on a four day holiday then I really want to see my lowest weight again. Have invited ppl over late afternoon to help us eat the leftovers and then I am going for my 60 minute walk before dinner.

Did my "60 minutes" again in 53 min yesterday, just can't figure out how I suddenly am 6-7 min faster from one day to the other on the same route.
Today I did 5 km in the hilly nature park.
I keep obsessing about my weigh in the 28th. Really want a good weigh in to keep motivation up, trying to eat as little as possible today, however I ate lots of chips and gravy yesterday, and stewed fruits...

Weighed in at 134,4 just now. That's a pound more than my lowest, happy with that, means christmas (me!) didn't ruin anything.
10,4 kg away from next mini goal!

Thanks icy, I will weigh in again tomorrow before we leave the house.
Again today I did my 5 km walk in 52 min and I did it at a rather slow pace compared to getting out of breath, could easily get it a few more minutes down.

Thank you Greensurf!
Today weight said 134,0 kg which means I have lost 6,6 kg in 30 days.
As soon as I have had my soy latte and feed the kids we are leaving for the new year's holiday. Will keep up my diet and exercise schedule, but I will allow myself to eat and drink like there's no tomorrow at the 31th of Dec. :p

Going home this evening, holiday is over, back to dieting, it's much easier at home. 3,5 km walking, knees pretty fine will go the normal 5 km route soon.

Not quite sure how to begin this post. I simply cannot be trusted one day of eating, it always turn into three or more.. Loads of NY snacks, being away from home and the kids going to their father on the 1th of Jan. I have eaten every gluten free leftover within my reach. Baah. Weight this morning says 135,2 and I have gained almost an inch both thigh, hip and waist. Hope some of is water, though I have hardly been drinking anything at all. Got a dehydration head ache.
Stupid me. :(
Having this diary makes it easy to get in touch with my feelings, the feelings I always try to ignore. I had a child when I was 20 who died, I gained 40 kg the first year and just a little more every month since. I feel a loss and I try to quickfix it with candy way to often.
I am in the process of learning that what exercise gives me is a better satisfaction than candy, but one day with candy and I fall of the wagon.
Anyway NOW it's back to reality. Diet on. I have to get all the christmas things down to the basement and exchange books at the library and do 5 km of walking.

So, today turned out just fine after all. I have been walking 7 km incl. paying visits to the super market and library. I have put all of christmas in card board boxes and put them in my storage room in the basement, tidyed up the storage room, put some baby stuff on the local online second hand market, cooked 4 portions of chicken-veggie stew, sliced fruit for smoothies in 100 cal bags and portion packed some vegan double cream and put it all in the freezer. Keeping busy. It's 4pm and I am already tired and hungry LOL.
Medial collateral ligaments in knees are back to normal btw.

Snack: soy latte 30, a carrot 40.
Lunch: a loaf of buckwheat bread with cod roe, lemon, pickles and mayo 300.
Snack: vanilla flavored tofu mousse with stewed cherries 280.
Dinner: sesame chicken 200, boiled potatoes 160, grated carrot and
white cabbage with sunflower seeds, mustard, apple cider vinegar and dill 220.
Total: 1600.

Have had a cold for a few days, today I woke up with sinusitis. Have been so tired and hungry all day. Stuck to diet anyway but have been thinking about eating perhaps 200-500 calories more of nutritius food to help my body fight off this viral infection. I will do that if hunger continues tomorrow. Weight down a pound from yesterday, but I have stayed inside and rested did not want to get my sinuses cold and make it worse.
Have bought a pilates ball some days ago it says max. 135 kg and I am 134-something. Perhaps I should wait a few kg to use it ;p.

133,7 new low and 9,7 kg to my next mini goal.
Nice day to get a new low, today the last three weeks of first semester starts and it is three weeks of physical work on my feet and not by the books. Hopefully that will make me burn even more calories. Have a splendid week everyone :)

Sorry to hear you have been sick, hope you are feeling better. Adding some extra cals of nutritious foods to get rid of a sickness is never a bad thing.

Congrats on the new low! Hope the last 3 weeks of your semester go well and you keep losing :)

Thanks icy!

Also had a disagreement with exhusband and I hardly slept last night. It's 7.30pm but I have gone to bed with some paperwork, I am worn out.
