First of May – My New Way

Hey Clarissa. How's the arm? My exercise has been bad last couple of weeks. Trying to get back on track myself. Hope all the busy is leaving you and you can get back on track :)
 
The arm is better, but now, of course, it starts to hurt when I get on my bike or use elbow grease when I'm cleaning. Just trying to relax it and has started reading books again for pleasure, really forgot how much I enjoyed it, so TV and internet are unused right now.
Not exercising much and eating a little too much. Started counting cals again this morning and still have a thousand things to do before starting the new chapter of my life in two weeks and this week is full of late meetings and other plans.
 
Good to hear the arms getting better. I love reading. Miss it. I hardly get time with the little ones.
Hope the calorie counting is going well. :)
 
Hi Clarissa, how is your arm today? I hope it's feeling better. It sounds like you're definitely on the right track. Being aware that you might've been eating too much and then starting to count calories to make sure you're back on track was a very smart move! Hope you're well.
 
Well things are bad and messy. I have lost two family members and two friends this month. The two family members were buried today (they were both in their 70s and had cancer). My friends (well one was a lot more than a friend actually my first love.. :() they were both my age and I have been thinking a lot about it these past weeks. We all live(d) in our home town and it's just awful knowing they're gone, and knowing and seeing their parents. The friend committed suicide and Michael just didn't wake up this Sunday morning. Shitty shit.
Weight is 137,7 today, eating is not good (way too much sugar) and bachelor starts Monday.

Weight 136,6 kg day three of back at diet (1600 cals). This and next week I have to bike 20 km a day for transportation (with 2 kids on bike) a bit hard but manageable. Will swim as much as possible.
God, on my way to have my measurements done for a uniform. Was only supposed to happen in a month. Baah.
 
Michael's funeral is tomorrow, hopefully that will bring some kind of closure.
Bachelor is awesome and just what I needed, a true corner stone in this life change.
Arm starts to act up every time I start to text again from my phone. It's still summer and 22 celsius here.

Actually I lost my firstborn when I was 20 and nothing will ever really be hard compared to that. I feel I have said goodbye to the four losses and I am fully committed and exited about the bachelor and it's a very active new 'community' I seek to get and give the best from.
- and diet is good, my major goal is normalweight and I WILL get there.
 
It certainly is fantastic that the bachelor gives you such focus and excitement. I am pleased that you have such positive energy...
Stay focused and working hard and you will indeed make all your weight loss dreams come true.
 
Oh Clarissa! I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. It sounds like we've both been going through a lot of heartache these past several weeks. I lost my grandparents last month just 8 days apart. Both were unexpected losses. I hope you're doing well. Hang in there!
 
Hello and merry christmas!
Haven't been here in a while, my bachelor, kids and new social life leave little time for anything else, sadly no room for exercise either. Short story: I gained 3-4 kg and haven't been at the gym since late August. Now I am slowly working my way around better work routines and simply addapting to studying. Have spent the last ten days getting rid of the 3 kg newly gained weight and am 137.4 kg this morning. Went to swim bath Saturday and am on my way for my 4 km beach route now, it's 6 am.

Welcome back! Very busy life you have had :) Sorry to hear about the gain, but glad to hear you've already lost it again! Good luck squeezing some exercise into your routing.

I "just" have to restart exercise again.
Just came home after a 60 minutes spinning class. A little boring and hard to keep the heart rate up, rather jump the treadmill next time.
Diet is still good.
 
5 km power walking and 2x 100 meters of running. Great feeling. 14. day of good diet (which means 1600 cals low glycemic)
 
Weighed in at 135,5kg/298.7lbs, probably a little dehydrated. This evening I'll have my father sitting the kids when they eat their Friday candy and I'll do my 5 km walk. I am not ready to have any kinds of snacks. Have a great Friday and weekend :)
