First of May – My New Way

Well yes, I keep thinking it's 3 kg down and 1 kg up, but you're right I am 15 kg lighter than I was 1th of May. Cannot wait to get to the 120s, then I will really feel I did the first huge step towards normalweight.

Congrats on your loss so far! I am currently about the same weight you were when you started! Hopefully soon I will be where you are now, and you will lose even more! Keep on going!!

Morning: a slice of buckwheat bread with curry spread and hummus, a carrot, a banana and a vegan café au lait 300.
Snack:
Lunch: coleslaw and tofu meatballs 320, seeds, nuts and dried cranberries 180.
Snack: vegan café au lait 20.
Dinner: dried cranberries 170, 2 eggs 150, hummus and carrot sticks 130, pumpkin seeds 160.
Total: 1430
Fluids: 2,4 l water
Yoga:
Treadmill total hours: 4 h 35 m

45 min on the treadmill.
No yoga have returned the disc and have been occupied with bachelor related things and sorted pictures and documents.
 
The scale is taunting me this morning, kept getting different numbers, anything from 133 to 135,2. Just seeing 133 seemed like a small success anyway, especially because body is taunting me too. Ovulating time is my worst time a month, pain, bloathing, hormones, water retention and it often comes with a huge increase of appetite.
We are expecting an awful weather today and I am literally out of eyerything (had to eat chicken meatballs for breakfast and are saving the last banana for exercise time). Just hanging around finishing the pre work about my bachelor and waiting out the thunderstorm.

Seems you got the weather we had yesterday, I rained all day here.
Dry now and a little bit of sunshine, will send some of that your way :)

It should get better in a few hours, then gym, grocery shopping and signing the bachelor contract will happen.
 
I hate it when the scale jumps around like that. I always weight myself as many times as it takes until I get 3 identical readings and then that's the number I go by. Sometimes it seems to take a long time for that to happen.

I'm just dropping by some diaries. 32 lbs lost is great! I hope you have a great weekend, and are able to get some more hours in toward your treadmill goal! :)
 
Hi Jen hope you're having a great weekend too.
Did 60 min treadmill yesterday and am having some busy but good days. Will make a overview next week. Tomorrow is swim day, I should have made my goal about cardio instead about just treadmilling 'cause I do not want to give up on swimming, but there is really no room for other cardio than treadmill if I am to reach my goal...
 
Sounds like you're getting some quality exercise in. Great job on that! I'd have a hard time giving up swimming too. I love being in, near, or even just around water! :)
 
I have the huge increase in appetite during that time too! I'll be eating and eating and be like wth! And then later when I get my period I'd be like... ohhh, that's why! Ok, so why can't I figure that out during the time and try to do better and not eat everything in site :p lol...

It's so busy that it's indiscribable, good busy no stress, but still up at dawn at busy until dark falls every day. Besides I have an irritation in my upper arm which gets worse every time I type on my phone so trying not to use it.
Next week should get better! A very bad storm kept me up half the night too. Zz

Just stepped the scale and it said 136,5 it's evening, short after dinner and everything soo I recon it is pretty alright. Time was so busy, school start, lots to sort out concerning bachelor and work and insurance work too, haven't exercised most days and haven't counted calories. Been eating fairly healthy and controlled portion size most meals.
Have to get back to good habits asap. Trying to restart, have just did my measurements which are good (gained half an inch thigh, no gain waist or hip) and I am having a handful of hazels and found a interesting novel to read while the kids have Friday's candy and cartoon.
Feeling busy leave the body.
