I'm sorry I've been slacking with your diary lately. Just checking in now and seeing that you've gotten below the 300lb mark. That's amazing! Great job girl! It's so nice seeing all of your hard work and dedication paying off isn't it? Keep chipping away, you're doing fantastic! :)

Congrats!...whenever I hit a good milestone, I really try hard on the next couple of days to push it a bit further away and avoid those dreaded bounce backs

Thanks everyone!
Will probably not jump the scale untill Tuesday, we are going on a minor vacation this weekend and then I will not see the 300's again either.
Today I have done my 5 km outdoor route, things got a little tight with x-husband who was very late at picking kids up so I passed on gym and did some chores and the walk instead.

Morning: one wholegrain bun with liver paté and vegan cream cheese, one wholegrain cracker with half a avocado, radishes, cucumber, tea and black coffee 385.
Snack: carrot sticks with peanutbutter 250.
Lunch: salad nicoise 300.
Snack: fruit salad 150.
Dinner: chopped steak and mashed potatoes with veggies 490.
Total: 1475

Congrats on busting the 300 mark. It might be a little different for women, but I actually teared up when I broke 300 at the end of December.

Be proud of yourself, you've earned it. You'll be cracking 200 in no time. :)

Thanks Mr. V, I have no relation to lbs, but being in a forum where the majority uses pounds ofcourse make me look a little on the pound scale. It will be MAJOR to me to hit 99,9 kg and have a two digit weight.
I'll get there -and to the promised one'derland as well.

just returned from gym and the last couple of times I have felt treadmill got too easy so today I didn't start out with my normal 30 min treadmill, I did 45 (still 5% incline 4,6 km/h) and I am working towards soon to do my entire 60 min cardio in one go and not as 2x30 or 45 and 15 between my strength workout.
Today I made all the machines work (found yet another lever to pull so my knees could fit in the leg extention, god..)
so program:
45 min treadmill 5% incline 4,6 km/h
3x8 adductor 45 kg
3x8 aeductor 50 kg
3x8 pulldown 40 kg
3x8 low row 35 kg
3x8 chest press 25 kg
3x6 shoulder press 10 kg
3x8 leg curl 25 kg
3x8 leg extention 20 kg
3x8 leg press 70 kg
3x10 total abdominal 30 kg
3x8 lower back 45 kg
5x10 sit ups
1x8 back ups
1 km on the rowing machine

Hey Clarissa, just read through your whole diary! I'm gluten intolerant also, I can't eat any grains though without issues.

Well done on weight lost so far, also you're killing the exercise!

Thanks girls
I am running around the house right now, packing, cleaning and so on, we are leaving for a 2 and a half day vacation soon. We just ate some chocolate and I might have more than 1500 cals today. However I am bringing most foods and will visit a gym both Saturday and Sunday, so I feel it is okay to eat and have a little fun today.
Not sure if it is wise to do strengt training two (or three) days in a row or I should just do the cardio tomorrow?

Depends, If you're working different parts of your body every day, you can do 3 strength workouts in a row.
If you're doing the same exercise every day I would do a cardio workout, for variation.

I agree with this, not that i'm an expert or anything lol. Personally i like to give it at least 24hours between the same body part.

Well perhaps it's not a real vacation, we will check in at some family members, but 2 days without cooking and cleaning, and nothing to do put play in their garden and go to circus + ride the elephants is the closest thing I get to vacation.
I work all the machines (exept the crazy bodybuilder ones) and a little floor work, normally I do the strenght program 3 times a week. Tomorrow I will do cardio, 60 min treadmill and see what else cardio.
