Cerella, I like the idea of Curves calling to check up on a person. I'd need that if I were a gym member. Heck need it now! But, I need someone to stop me from reaching into the candy jar over here. To bad there is no club that will call and yell at me when I grab a couple more peices... Will power is lacking!

Even if you don't make it to curves, you're doing a ton of walking! And your elliptical at home, too. Where would you have the energy to go to Curves, too?!?!

Ive had 2 liters of water and for food - 2 servings of dried mango pieces...220 cals, 8 perogies...460 cals -4 pieces of sausage...no idea...one big serving of homemade ceasar salad - I dunno - no more than 200 cals...
 
Thanx for droppin by britta and em - im so excited your back girl!!!

I went on one 30 min walk with the Chewy and Taneesha and then i went on another 2 mile walk this evenign but I ran outta time and no Elliptical tongiht -Im tryign to not be upset by that - lol...I did alot of exercise today and I even got to Curves and on Friday I used te Elliptical even though it was my off day and I dont usually exercise outside of my walk int eh am - so Im ok w th it...LOL
 
That's wonderful gal! i am goin to catch up with u as soon as this irritating TOM is over. Hopefully before Sat!!!! Meantime, u continue blasting away those calories! :jump:
 
Sounds good. I mean, we can't guarantee that we wont screw up, but we CAN agree to post our food everyday, even (especially) when we eat off plan. Right?

Right especially since I ate a small blizzard yesturday but it was the oly bad I had and a small blizzard isnt too bad on cals - like 300 or 400 hundred I mean it can be fit into the day it might even be less than that - 2something...

Ya me too - I told them I needed an ass kicking it is the only thing making sence abt why im not loosing weight...cuz Im not gettin in the strength training...

Yes and you see I also started using th treadmill at home too - so I rotate the treadmill and the elliptical daily ie - treadmill one day elliptical the next and then I usually walk abt 4 -5 miles a day - a 2 mile int eh am and then agin in teh evening or more if we go after work to a nature trail or park area...since ive gotten the dog life has become pretty hectic...

My you're doing a lot of exercise.

I know I know I know and im not lossing a damn thing - unless all I eat are fruits adn vegs I am not loosing - Im thinkin abt goign to the doc - I havent been eating that badly lately ive just been eatign carbs as well and I cnat seem to handle them I dont loose weihgt when I eat bread and other carb based things...

Ive missed you Em but i know what you mean abt not beign able to afford internet - my house phone and internet bill are killling me...Cant wait to see oyu around agian :):):)!!!
 
1.75 mile walk - one nectorine and a bottle of water (16oz) 1 bowl of honey nut cheerios - 130 cal s? skim milk - 80 cals

Plan for today - use the treadmill - take Taneesha and chewy to the park and for a walk - possibly go to Curves...

Sometimes its a fight to get the fibre in but the experts say its important, and by expert I mean Malificent. I haven't wanted to eat much veggies lately but I'm making myself do it. Remember sugar is supposed to raise insulin and create a fat lock so even if you can fit in the calories its not a great choice on a regular basis.

When do you think you might be coming next?
 
Hey Korrie - ive been busy and stressed out...LOL...alot has been going on and I only have time for here just barely...

Kelly - I was thinking first week of June after the kids are outta scholl but now I am thinking maybe the second week - my daycare lady is on holiday that week and my granny is outta town and my aunt is working lots so it might make more sence for met o take off htat week because I wont have care ofor the kids anyway - LOL...
 
Ive been failing int he eating department - Ive been stressed which is why Ive been going out more with my friends,. socially , drinking and eating...Ive a,so been eating alot and that is all I can chalk it up to is stress...

I cant beleive how much I ate yesturday...

a bowl of honet nut cherrios, nectorine, bottle of water and a serving of chicken wings for breaky - I know weird...then for lunch I ate 2 bowls of tomate soup made with milk and two grilled cheese sandwiches....I couldnt beleive I ate two :O on and honey dew, and then I bought some chips at the store and ate one serving and then I had a serving of peanuts - dinner was 3 tacos and then I had a serving of those icecream bits...geeesh...

Im assuming for starters that I am missing my strength training so I am making myself go back to Curves...it makes sence since I am doing cardio like crazy and not loosing because I was loosing before and going to curves, I need my muscel to burn my fat...Im gonna start with small little steps....I always drink over 100 oz of water Im good there - I almost always eat tons of fruits and veggies...I exercise alot - I need to work on protien and go back to my mini meals - this is ridiculous but Ive been really under alot of stress and have been go go go since I got that dog...I have had not ime to rest and no breathing space - Im litereally on the move from teh minute I get up till I go to bed and I am just exhausted...

I should talk abt some of the things I am dealing with but maybe I will in a few days Im hoping hte worse of it is over...plus i have like 6 animals and two kids and work full time - ha ha ha - it is startign to be too much...

Everyday Im settin a goal for me to work on todays goal is - eat my 6 mini meals or just eat all through the day my healthy food...Oh and start taking my multi vitamin agian...and start entering my food good or bad , piggy or not...I really need some support this time guys...Im reaching out...

I WILL get to ONDERLAND and I WILL make my Curves goal by August...

Breakfast oatmeal...vitamin and some kinda fruit maybe an apple on the way to work...

Trying to accomplish too many things at the same time = no things accomplished.
Take one of the things on your list above and make sure you do it today. Do another one, if you feel like it, but be happy with doing only one, if that's how it goes.
Tomorrow take the next thing and do it as well as the one thing you did today. So that's already two good things, and it's only tomorrow. Then go on with this until you've managed to integrate all the things you want into your busy days. Don't hurry the change, but work for it slowly and steadily.

It's good that you can see what you need to do here and have restarted the process already. It will be great for you to get your food working for you so that you can reap the reward that should go with so much exercise. :)
 
Praying u'll grit your teeth and hang in there gal... As reminded by this poem. I dun think u hv reached that ultimate stage yet but this encourages me each time i hit the valleys.:)

Hey Cerella,

It could be a lot of things afflicting you right now and I know you need support, but I have to wonder if its not your body you're fighting against right now. You've been at this a long time and lost a lot of weight. I talked to Steve about this and I would suggest messaging him too, but what may help is to go up to maintenance level for a few days and then make a push. If your body is in starvation mode that is one thing that does work and helps break through that kind of thing. You can do this Cerella. Don't give it up.
