1.75 mile walk in 45 mins :):):) on a nature trail it has been awhile since Ive done a nature trail - it is a work out !!!

hee hee hee - tomorrow I will work out my schedule fo rthe treadmill and elliptical I didnt want to start it today because I want to use the Elliptical more than the treadmill because I walk so much...and my goal is run on it ... the club seems to be up and running hey...

yeah.... more ppl joining. dats great! more ppl wld nag if we fall behind hahha.

btw how reliable is the distance projected on elliptical? i can't believe i am doing 8 miles? it seems insane.

Ha Ha Ha - I dunno abt that...LOL...I have the dog now so I try to walk him twice a day and well I need to go to Curves 3 times a week and I like to use my elliptical...and well I like to eat:rolleyes: heeheehee

It was nice Ive only really been walking around home because it is easier adn makes more sence when it is just the dog nad I and the weather has been crappy so it hasnt been warm enough or dry enough to take Taneesha to the park

Yes I have a treadmill as well...I need ro start using but i wanna learn to run like start joggin and such so I think I will use hte treadmill for that ...as far as your elliptical - 8 miles is alot and I dont see how you are doign it in 45 mins especially at higher introvials...usually 8 miles takes me like well over an hour...1:25 - it has been so long since ive done 8 - 10 miles...are you sure it isnt kilomiters ? I made htat mistake before...

Ive been missing you as well adn between the kids and the 6 animals and work and trying to get a new job I havnet had as much time here as I would like...

hmm.... i not using resistance or interval. just the easiest. maybe that's why clocked in more. the distance says 14. something. Manual says that it's in kilometres so I convert online and found it's abt 8 miles. Anyhow I guess wats more imp is that i m sweating out more. I will check with the local supplier tmr.

Okay Cinder you said in my diary that I'm working out big time, look at you, walking everyday. AND doing Curves. See you are the work out girl now. :) I'm so happy your doing all of this and it's working out well for you. IS work getting any better?? I sure hope so. I seem to be on the run a lot lately, so sorry I haven't stopped by in a few days. I'll check in on you tomorrow. Later my friend!

Hello back :) 1.25 miles treadmill - I hate that thing - lol - but I did great - I rotated walking/jogging - one minute :):):)
