I was bad yesturda - I went out for lunch and I had a seafood club house - 3 fricking pieces of white bread - LOL and french fries and I ate lal my french fries every last one of them and all my sandwich - lol and I even had chips bad bad bad me!!!

Girl, we seem to both be traipsing all over the forum this morning.

So, you and the dog are bonding? Aren't they the best? Don't talk back, give you those puppy dog eyes all the time. Are always happy to see you. :)

Ticker looks good! I'm glad you got it to work for you :).

All this talk of a dog and then this little jack russel terrier following me this morning... Makes me want one, too! But I think the little terriers are so cute. They hold a small piece of my heart. Unfortunately they wouldn't be very good to run with. The one nipping at my heels today only made it 5 feet and his owner snatched him up :(. He coulda followed me home.

Hey I just had an idea for you to try with that new puppy. Blow bubbles! My dog goes NUTZO!! He loves it. Runs around like a maniac popping them with his mouth. Makes me laugh like crazy... which we know burns calories! ;)
 
I went on a 2 mile walk this am - ate like crap again today - tomorrow and on I promise back on track - I jsut went fruit and veggie shopping so no excuses...

My baby girl is now a Labossiere!!! I just recieved the papers her name has been process and Changed - Tanessha now holds our last name - YES!!!
 
So good to hear you are all the same last name finally! I know you will sleep better tonight...

.... & on to better eating tomorrow. Just read something that said "One dent does not ruin the whole car, but you don't keep backing into the same pole again & again"... certainly a great way to think about those "slips" we have! Just have to acknowledge it & get back on the right path.

But tonight celebrate with those angels! :)

Oh girl - I think i could cry man...:cry: :cry: :cry: Ive been in such an off mood lately but this is great - it has been a long time coming and symbolizes so much...
