Finding Cerella

3 mile walk and lots and lots of water...lets see - 3.5 of my liter bottles and 2 glass - so 16 oz at the resturant and 1 500 ml bottle which is 16 oz - alot of water...
 
believe it or not... when i was using treadmill in the gym, i use the ones facing a mirror. so i can make funny faces at myself when I get bored Hahaha... :rotflmao:
WOW... dats a lot of water! Can imagine the fats melting off u!
 
Cerella, you ARE doing awesome! Walking every day, twice a day at that. Still making time for curves and other activities... don't sell yourself short!
 
Hey there, girl! Long time, no see. It sounds like you are still doing wonderfully. I have been mega busy, but need the motivation, accountability, and friendship that I found here. So, hopefully I can MAKE time to check in at least once a day. Are things still calm on the ex front? Can't wait to talk to you again:)

getting that dog was a good thing as well - he can walk I tell ya...
 
YEAH on getting in all that water, that's a huge plus in my book. And walk those shoes off girl! You'll be down in a few months NO DOUBT! Your doing a great job! I'm proud of ya!! Keep it up!

It's true though, you are an inspiration. Two miles is two miles more than many many many people do in a day (I may need another many in that sentence). It's great seeing someone so dedicated. Like I said before, no selling yourself short!
 
Well it is 8 pm I just got home from work and I will jump on the elliptical to be a good role model for the club I started - grumble grumble grumble - thanx girls for you kind words
 
45 mins 623 cals 5.25 miles...Elliptical...lots of water but lots of junk too - ha ha ha - one small bag of baked lays - one waffle ice cream cone but I got that citrus ice stuff from baskin robins so alot less cals and a chocolate Oh and mcdonalds for dinner - ha ha ha...
 
we all have some off days food wise.. I am confident that today you are going to eat like you are the healthiest person alive! :)
