Fighting my bad body double!

Hey Lisa, casino was fun! We were there for a few hours, lost money... then went out for coffee and watched a movie. That's why yesterdays eating was all over the place- had to grab lots of little snacky things for the few times I stopped in between going out. Stuck to my calories though :D
Well plans for the weekend... I have gym this morning, going grocery shopping, doing a bit of baking... can't do a great deal, there's a severe weather warning for the weekend. No plans tomorrow as yet either!

Breakfast: 50g oats, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana (559)
Snack: Protein shake with skim milk, gingerbread ball (320)
Lunch: Homemade pizza base, 50g extra light cheese (540)
Snack: Pumpkin pie cheesecake (298)
Dinner: Pumpkin, spinach and ricotta quiche (256)

Got the munchies after this...
Snack: 2 choc peanut butter balls, 2 pieces choc banana cheesecake (973)

Exercise
20min run, 50mins gym with trainer

Calories consumed- 2946, 107g fat, 328g carbs, 156g protein
Water intake- 3L

Secondly....I was told in Vegas "If you leave the casino with money...it just means you didn't stay long enough."

My trainer was SUPER mean this morning. I ran for 20mins as a warm up- I always do this anyway, before he gets there so I can go straight into the session. The other lady that supposed to be with me today was about 10mins late- so I'd already been working out for 10mins... so we did a full half hour AFTER that. He starts work at 9am, but it was a quiet morning so he made us stay and do a cardio circuit... after we finished working out at about 9:10... I didn't finish till about 9:30 lol... so almost an hour and a half spent at the gym this morning!! I haven't changed my food intake or anything yet, I haven't been hungry. I'm usually not if I'm eating 2000cals, even if I have done a heap of exercise...
Had a busy day too, we did the grocery shopping and I've been making meals and freezing them. Made 4 more of those high protein pizzas (had one for lunch... om nom), chick pea burgers, and 2 quiches. I have actually never made a quiche before, or savoury base for a pie or anything lol. So I just kinda threw together what I thought looked good :D The base is wheat germ, sesame seeds, and 2 eggs... baked it in the oven for 10mins. And the filling is cottage cheese, pumpkin, eggs, and spinach. And heaps of pepper! Should be yummy!!!

Oh hey- my super ugly high protein pizza passed the husband test!!! I told him to try it because I value his opinion (lol) and he was like... OMG... it actually does taste like pizza. And smells like pizza. :D

We had storms last night and lots of heavy rain this morning... but now, it's sunny and 17 degrees c lol. Supposed to rain the next few days but I think that was pretty much the worst of it!

Hehe I love the casino :D And that's an awesome saying. I'd love to go to Las Vegas!!!!!
 
Happy lazy Sunday to all!!

Last night didn't finish the best, I was sitting round watching movies and got the munchies and so I ate- I'm never really as strict on myself on weekends (which kind of amuses me now, since I'm not working at the moment!) I updated the food diary above... didn't go above maintenance to I'm not too upset about it!
No plans at all today, it's pissing down with rain and it's COLD so apart from leaving the house for the gym, I really don't see myself doing anything else!

Argh food was really bad and all over the place today!! And did no exercise!!!

Deficit this week so far: 1646cals

Yesterday wasn't so great... I kinda spent the day grazing on everything again!!! Naughty naughty!!!! So last week I only had a deficit of 1817 cals... BOO!!! I did weigh myself this morning however and I'm 67.6kg. Going to try a lot harder this week!! I want to aim for the next-to-impossible (for me) 7000cal deficit in a week!!

I had a lazy, not so healthy weekend too. Time to start fresh again. I need to do some reading here today to boost my mood again! I feel like going back to bed and sleeping for a full day!
I know you can do the 7000 cal deficit! Just gotta work for it!
 
Happy happy hump day!! Yesterday wasn't very good food-wise, I didn't eat over maintenance but it means I won't get my 7000cal deficit this week. Actually I'm proud of myself though... I did eat a lot of my healthy 'raw' cheesecake yesterday... but it was because my husband brought home a heap of chocolate- he's a manager at a supermarket and the Cadbury rep gave him a heap of new chocolate that gets released in Aus next week... and I really didn't want to eat any!! So I'm proud of what I DIDN'T eat rather than what I did! AND... I told him to take it back to work with him so it's not in the house anymore either. So YAY!

Nice job turning down the chocolate! Wow I really don't think I could be as strong! Even though you won't make it to 7000 cal deficit you should still try to get as close as you can! Your so strong and determined I know you can do it! Turning down those sweats is going to be my inspiration tonight!! I'm going to keep thinking about how great you are doing everytime I need a boost!
 
Oohhhh...RAW cheescake sounds amazing!!!! I used to make a lot of RAW desserts and I'm damn good at it too!! :D!! I miss my Raw Food living lifestyle!! :( SO hard to maintain though. eh!!

Missy, I was looking at your photos last night for MOTIVATION!!! You are sooooo beautiful. You were then, and you are BEYOND HOT now!!! I'm so happy that you are such a cutie!!! Your body is FANTASTIC right now!! I can only imagine the MODEL status that you will get to soon as well!!

What does your husband say?! Does he wonder who this fine model he sleeps next to is?! :D!!! LOL!! I would. ;)!

Hey Lisa and Alta!!! Sorry been a crazy few days!!!!

Had a naughty weekend- had alcohol for the first time in yonks Fri night and it really threw me around. Ate junk food for the rest of the weekend, lol! Weighed in the same today as I did last week so it's all good.
Had orientation for my course today, SO excited to start tomorrow!!! I paid for a gym membership there too- $100 for 6 months of gym!!! Too cheap to pass up!! Not to mention I have a 1hr-1.5hr lunch break every day and they have lunch time gym classes... going to give tomorrows a whack, it's a fighting class!!! I'm excited!
Not to mention... when we were taken through everything today we were told we had to be dressed for gym at all times, as even when on our timetable it says we are in class... a lot of the time that's actually gym too. So I'm going to be working out non-stop!!
Oh- and I walked the 7kms to the course and back again today... and at gym tonight I got all excited and told the owner (she's in my Mon night gym group) that I was going to buy a backpack so I can run to the course and back every day... hehehe and she grabbed one of the gyms backpacks off the shelf and gave it to me!!! So will be running there and back tomorrow!! :D

I really didn't know what I expected when I went in there today but I'm SO excited I'm bursting right now!!! EEEEEEEEE!!!!

Now I just need to find a job...

Sorry bout not updating, will probably be updating at nighttime now!! Will try to update my weight at least if I have a spare moment in the morning.

Hey Luz - good to see you back - I'm always worried I am going to lose another friend! I'm so jealous of all the working out you are getting to do! I talked to my hunnie about getting a personal trainer but he really doesn't think it's worth the money right now because he has seen me do it on my own that he doesn't see the need like I do - I just love being pushed to my limits and I don't do that for myself. I also think a group session would be good for me because I'm very competitive and would want to do my best. Oh well maybe one day if we win the lottery!
Can't wait to hear how that class went at lunch - if you ended up going. Walking and running 7km in a day is amazing on top of everything else you are doing! Your body is going to feel like steel soon!! Keep it up girl - your totally my motivation for working out right now!!
 
Hey guys, sorry bout not updating for a while... busy busy!!

Been doing heaps of exercise this week, lots of walking... gym classes don't start till next week so did 30mins on the stair master on my lunch break the other day. Was sick Thur so stayed home... and ate ALL day... ick! Missed this mornings class too cuz wasn't 100% but then went this arvo cuz don't want to fall behind in my first week!! Totally love it btw :D Best decision I ever made going to study again. Still desperately need a job though!!
Got a gym sesh tomorrow morning, I've dropped my one-on-one sessions I normally do on a Thurs cuz we can't afford it right now... but still go Mon night and Sat. Doing heaps of exercise in class anyway!
Haven't been counting calories, it's too hard when my days are so physical. I take heaps of healthy food with me and just make sure I don't get hungry and have enough energy to concentrate and still be able to be physical. So today I had...

Breakfast- Banana 'icecream'- 3 small frozen bananas, 2 tbsp peanut butter blended in the food processor
Snacks- 2 pieces raw lemon and coconut cheesecake (homemade)
Dinner- Savoury pizza pancake made with wheat germ, cannellini beans, spinach, tomato, cottage cheese, herbs, and melted cheese on top
(Roughly 2000cals I think)

2 cups coffee
3L water

Exercise: 2.5hrs walking (14kms)

Yea... so pretty much I'm eating whatever I want when I feel like it lol. It's all healthy though, promise!! Will update over the weekend :D
