Hey Lisa, casino was fun! We were there for a few hours, lost money... then went out for coffee and watched a movie. That's why yesterdays eating was all over the place- had to grab lots of little snacky things for the few times I stopped in between going out. Stuck to my calories though 
Well plans for the weekend... I have gym this morning, going grocery shopping, doing a bit of baking... can't do a great deal, there's a severe weather warning for the weekend. No plans tomorrow as yet either!

Food
Breakfast: 50g oats, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana (559)
Snack: Protein shake with skim milk, gingerbread ball (320)
Lunch: Homemade pizza base, 50g extra light cheese (540)
Snack: Pumpkin pie cheesecake (298)
Dinner: Pumpkin, spinach and ricotta quiche (256)
Got the munchies after this...
Snack: 2 choc peanut butter balls, 2 pieces choc banana cheesecake (973)
Exercise
20min run, 50mins gym with trainer
Calories burned- 3111
Calories consumed- 2946, 107g fat, 328g carbs, 156g protein
Water intake- 3L
Deficit this week so far: 3710 cals
