Smooches to everybody!!!!
Scale moved back to 222.5 this morning, but I'm not changing my tickers or anything, in case that mean old scale is trying to fake me out.
Been trying to do the calorie cycling on splend01 diary, but it's telling me to consume soooo many calories, it's so hard mentally and physically. I work out several times a day everyday. So my cals are supposed to flucuate between 1876 and 2814. I can usually manage to get to the 1800 range and be ok, but more than that and I just feel like I'm eating all day long, literally. But I've been doing it. ugh It must be working, though, because my weight went down.
Here are my calorie stats since last Monday:
8/21 - 2096
8/22 - 1961
8/23 - 2589
8/24 - 2299
8/25 - 1756
8/26 - 1731
8/27 - 2288
8/28 - 2377
and although today's not through, it'll be about 1997 calories.
As for exercise:
8/21 - 30 minute walk & 8 minute Taebo express
8/22 -
crunches & weights (45 minutes) & 25 minute bike ride w/my daughter
8/23 - nothing
8/24 - walking (not sure how much)
8/25 -
20 minutes biking w/my daughter before school
60 minutes TaeBo
23 minutes biking w/my daughter after work
8/26 -
crunches & weights (45 minutes)
70 minutes biking w/my daughter
1 15-minute mile walk
8/27 -
morning workout:
2 15-minute miles walk
8 minutes express Taebo
evening workout:
60 minutes TaeBo
8/28 - nothing
8/29 - (today) just about to go do my 60 minutes of Taebo & crunches & weights (45 minutes)
Tomorrow calorie-wise is going to be soooo hard. I'm supposed to cycle it up to like 2800 calories. I don't know if I can get it up that high without eating fast food. ugh.
