yeah, so the drop in poundage must have been water weight, because I've been weighing in at 224 the rest of the time. I've been so busy lately with everything and trying to budge this weight. Kicking my workouts up a notch, doing some Tae Bo and alternating w/days of three mile walks (on video) and the occasional bike ride with my daughter and weight training (although I only got one round in this week) Trying to keep my calories up around 1800/per day. Probably won't be able to post much in the next few days, until I can get that ticker to move. Will catch up with everybody's diaries then.
