Congrats on the weight loss so far:) Lucky for me, I can control eating nacho's and salsa:) hehe I'd be in trouble otherwise.
 
I think of all those types of foods, chips and saslsa is actually pretty good. I ate a lot on my vacation when I lost weight so I think it definitely is better than potato chips.
 
At least when your eating salsa you get some veggies! Just checking in to find your doing incredible! Awesome job...I am cheering for you !!!!!
 
considering most salsa has tomatos and a lot of other "negative calories" i cant see it being a bad thing.... the chips however ... :D
 
Yeah, the chips were 140 calories per oz. And I do pre-measure the chips. The salsa, since it's homemade I just kind of estimate at. But I figure, that much food for a ~200 calorie snack ain't bad.

I heard homemade salsa and had to stop in:p I luv salsa and it's a healthy snacky too, especially with all those hot peppers!! About the chips....tostitos is coming out with a baked scoop!!!! Only 110 cals for 20 chips woo hoo!!!! :D
 
T2: LOL, probably not for a while. And the hubby broke the diggie at the zoo. He went to scare my daughter and when she jumped she knocked the camera out of his hands and now it doesn't work.

3/4 cup Green Giant roasted potatoes w/garlic & herb sauce

Total for the day so far: 1729 calories.

I think I'm seeing a pattern. I seem to be happier if I have a good sized lunch and mid-afternoon snack and a lighter supper with a small dessert. Tonight will probably be another fruit smoothie. Peach, strawberry, orange & blueberry.
 
I think I have to stop reading your diary at night... it always makes me hungry!!! Now I want a smoothie!!! :) Great job though!

Total for the day so far: 1100 calories.

Really low for me, but I'm not feeling so hot today. Don't know if it's the blahs, allergies, a cold or just getting burnt out from all the exercise. So far this week I've burned about 1800 calories exercising and that was with taking last night and this morning off. I dropped some poundage at the beginning of this week, but the scale hasn't budged since then. I'm going to take it easy tonight. I don't know if I'll go for a bike ride or not. It might storm tonight. I'm just feeling ....eeeehhh ... right now.

I'm feeling very tired to but it's not from being burnt from too much exercise, :p . Take some time to relax this weekend, then jump back into it monday, and you should feel better. Take care. I love your meals they make me sooo hungry!:)
