Oh you definitely have to watch the sodium. I never add salt myself and yet I know I still get way too much. I hope you had fun going out today.

4 oz of turkey breast
2 slices lite bread
1 Tbsp margarine (have to have butter on my turkey sandwich)

Dessert
1/2 cup fat free chocolate pudding
Total: 132

Total for the day: 1439 cals

By the looks of your diary and your ticker, you are doing really well for yourself. Yesterday you did really well.

And yes, salt is evil and I don't even want to think of my sodium levels right now....yikes. LOL.

2.4 oz very thinly sliced deli ham

Dessert
1 Edy's all fruit coconut ice cream bar (yummmm)

Total for the day: 1213 calories.
I was going to eat the whole burger and twice the potatoes, and would still have made it under 1400, but I was too full.

I'm going to cook another turkey breast, not only does it taste good but I like that I can have a lot of it for very little calories and I stay full longer.

Oh, and I went for a half hour bike ride this morning and I just got done with another half hour bike ride tonight and did my weights. I'm pooped. I had to go to the store after work today and pick up lighter weights. I have 8 lb hand weights but they were bothering my elbow, so I picked up some 5 lb weights and my elbow feels ok now, we'll see tomorrow.
 
Weighed in this morning, :( and my weight hasn't changed all week. I'm kind of depressed.

my scale hasn't budged since monday.. and I know I behaved all week.. frustrating i tell ya.. :( Let's hear it for the sisterhood!!! :D
 
Yet another person whose scale is being stubborn today- Join the crowd! :) I'm sure it's just confused- there must be something in the air today. Good luck on the challenge! (and I think it is a dinner cruise off of Navy Pier... my work scheduled it so I don't know too many details- but I hope it's nice!)

Now THAT is what I call a Saucy Sister!!!! You are gorgeous!!!!! Your food and exercise are looking great, you are being consistent and it's going to reflect soon.

But be glad you stayed the same all week. That's just helps out the sisterhood when you get a major drop in the next few days. And it will happen you Saucy Diva you!!!!!

Ohhh- you look so pretty! Yay! (PS- I am 23 and I don't get carded that often anymore... I think the bouncers and waitstaff are just getting lazy. lol)
