true true i just thought it was on the living channel and i was watching lol and i tried some of it and it really hurt my knees so thanks wishes i know it's a crock of !@#% i wont bother lol I went for my walk today and i feel so good after it. hopefully i will keep it up i am going to go swimming also this week go and brave the togs lol i brought them 5kgs ago so hopefully they will fit nicer i havent put them on again i only brought them cause they were on sale and i thought i might like swimming last time it was good but i swallowed too much water :O
 
hehe so long as they arnt like mine. I put them on (size 24) and jumped in the pool. i hit the bottom and pushed off and my pants promptly fell down to my ankles because they were too big!

So yeah my next task i buying some togs that fit - i picked up some boardies but they dont fit around the excess skin on the belly yet :/
 
oh no thats not a good thing:) i have a one piece they seem to cover everything :) boardies are great for hiding all the wobbly bits haha and you dont feel so naked and exposed. i have relised the old weight watchers program is working so much better for me it's great i like seeing results a bit faster and this way i do i dont know why they keep changing it when it dam well works better the old way lol anyway moan over again haha no drinking this weekend learnt my lesson :) so more weight loss to come YIPPEE
 
i am having a great week exercise is going well and i'm loving it as the weight seems to come off quicker lol i had a quiche the other day and i freaked out thinking here we go all my good work out the window but no because of the constant exercise but i know that does'nt mean i can have it everyday (i'd like to) lol :) but at least i know i can have a treat as long as i exercise regularly. sorry lightbulb moment just had to share lol
 
another 1.1kgs gone went to my meeting last night and i am very very happy and proud of myself what a great week so hopefully i will have a great week this week too. :) :)

hi mahatt and wishes thanks for your words of encouragement it does really help i don't think i could do it this time on my own my diary helps me get through heaps. Im going well again this week i really feel it becoming change i am into my walking now and actually finding myself getting edgy if i havent gone out for a day all pent up energy havent had that in a while lol :)
 
hello everyone thanks again for your kind words i am still doing well i was making an omlette today and i burnt myself and it hurt next time i am having a sandwich they dont hurt lol :)
the weather is slowly turning to crap and i am buying an umbrella tomorrow but it's still warm so i guess that is a bonus :)
It is my engagement party on saturday and i am looking forward to it i have got an alright menu somethings i can actually eat too lol I dont want to go over board but i want to still enjoy myself(away from the food) lol
 
awww weather is turning to crap? today is the only rainy day we've had in weeks! :O
The rest of the week is supposed to be good anyway (well tomorrow is wishy washy inbetween anyway)
 
it's my meeting day today and the weeks seem to go faster and faster i used to have a night off where i could eat what i like but this week i am not going to do it as it seems to just make me want more haha :) and then i lose weight but i have to wonder if it could be more???
 
haha exactly :) it's not too bad i have been able to skip to and from school with only getting a bit wet and then as soon as i walk in the door the bloody sun comes out it's always the way. I like winter you always seem to look good in clothes in winter :)
 
ok i take back what i said about the weather, Last nights lightning and rain was wicked and violent :D

hahaha true true i'm wising for nice weather today but it's looking a bit overcast. Oh well I have been preparing food all morning i have been roasting chickens and meatballs and cheeses and grapes and making dips it's all so very nice i want to put most of it in my mouth but i had a good breakfast before i started. So it's been and a bit easier.
I have been good this week in prepartion for tonight so fingers crossed.

oh dont talk to me about food, for some silly reason i said i would do the 20 hour famine with my daughters (as support)
we have 1 hour to go and im STARVING! lol

Yeah today aint bad, tomorrow is supposed to be crap weather.

funny how you have a couple weeks when you loose heaps and then a couple when you loose nothing.
 
20 hour famine what a great thing congrats i went totally off track i have no will power my engagement party was a complete success but not eating wise i did have healthy things there but the EVIL food had there way with me so i went swimming yesterday and walking today and finally gym has a deal with memberships this month so i can now afford to join the gym today yay so will be looking forward to having heaps more equipment to play with lol :)
 
woo more equipment! Good on ya!

My adivce, do 20 mins cardcio, then weights for 20-30 mins, then another 20 mins cardio.
The cardio burns the calories, the weights help you maintain muscle as well as mucle burns calories when you're not working out.
Also its do-able. an hour of non-stop cardio is pretty hard, but breaking it up like that means you still get 40 mins done easily.
