your allowed to take a break lol your miles to sweetheart city are looking good well done. yesterday i shifted the weight i put on with dinner the other night and now i feel pretty good about going to my meeting tomorrow night. lol
i am enjoying the free lifestyle of weightwatches but it can get me into trouble lol.

Congrats on you loss, that's terrific:) Weightwatchers seem to work wonders for you. I haven't tried it myself but from what I hear taebo is a great workout, hard but great. So you go!!! Hope you enjoy it and keep on track. Have a nice day
 
OMG i WISH i was 100pounds lol i count in kgs cause it doesnt seem as much than in pounds this wayy it 100 not 220 thanks wishes that was a shock (not really) i never knew what i was in pounds i'm blissfully ignorant lol But its all good its me and im ok with that.
i have put on 200gms this week and im annoyed with myself im gonna work hard this week i have made a promise to myself. Im going to my meeting tonight and own my gain as running away from it wont help and i will put on more weight if i keep running thats why im where i am i guess. I hope everyone is doing well and keep it up!!!!!
 
Yipee i did not put on any weight i had stayed the same i was a very happy girl lol :) Im doing the super start this week and plan to and have been following it. I want to see double figures im starting to get impaient about it im sick of this 100 number lol. Im starting a new job this week and im nervous so thats helping as im not that hungry when im like this.

Now you are not allowed to weigh in for a couple days to a week because otherwise it will waver up and down and you never ever want to see it being triple again lol :D

Thank you it's funny you say that because i dont feel the urge to weigh myself 3 times a day anymore i weigh in the morning but only out of habit. lol i feel great today i relised something since eating healthy and losing weight i dont feel sick all the time i always had headaches and stomach aches and the need to throw up lol TMI i know sorry but i dont now i feel like i want to get up in the morning and start my day and not that ive gained back all my energy cause i still dont exercise as much as i should but that should come next right???? theres my heart to heart today lol it sounds like a bloody infomercial. lol
 
No where near as bad as an informercial lol - i was watching some stupid pilates advert this morning saying they lost 10kg doing it. What garbage, you cant loose weight with pilates unless you do it more than 3-5 hours a day!

Anyway, try exercise, makes you feel better :)
 
i am not the best of moods today i cant shift the scales again its hit a mark and wants to stay there but i dont want to go off track so thats good i guess. i am dropping inches though and it feels pretty good to stick on something and have it fit where it didnt before. :)
 
oh yeah i hate those yoga pilates things how is someone that is overweight sposed to get into those poses lol
 
ROTFL, i should loan you the one i had - it was all easy and normal till about 40 mins in at which point she throws her feet over her head as if it was an every day thing and goes 'do this'
I recall getting my legs up to where they hit my belly and that was about it :/

Anyway dont worry about the scales unless its been more than a couple weeks stopped. Its probably just water weight.
Have a coffee, or eat a couple cooked onions to get rid of it (if its your monthly then just wait it out).

Stick with it girl :D
 
Thanks i needed to hear that. it has shifted and my mood is back to happy lol i was thinking that when i always lose weight i always start in the winter so i have decided losing weight in the summer is not very easy. but oh well i have started and will just be skinny for winter and wear all those nice skinny jeans lol im sorry its early mrning and this message is starting to go down hill lol my daughter is trying out for netball today i have decided the kids are not to be lazy and will get involved in different actitivies and this obesity thing is gonna stop at me and i hope they never have to go through this too.
 
I found summer is easier - because there are tons of BBQs
I love for BBQ

A good sizes piece of steak is about 300kcal, plus salad without dressing - pretty much nothing.
If i recall you are on weight watchers though right so that steak is maybe 5-6pts? and the salad should be 0 (i think it works out around 1 pt per 50 calories).

Anyway, im over your way tomorrow if you want a visitor. My race in clevedon starts at 11am, i can probably fit a coffee in either before that or after, after is probably 4-5pmish lol (gotta hang about for prize giving hehehe)

im doing ok and am still losing so im pleased. Anyway have to be quick today my other half is rushing me lol its always the way

Didnt finish the race - had a problem with wet pants. But i got a photo with Sarah Ulmer :)
 
Today i got up and did my exercise for today and it feels great i wonder if maybe i could get up at 5.30 more often i might just try for the week. getting it over and done with first thing means i dont worry and make excuses all day long until finally i get on with it lol
