The weight keeps dropping off, and I'm loving it. I'm just worried that restricting my calories too much can cause me to lose muscle mass, and that's NOT what I want to do.
I'm also looking to build muscle mass, but I'm not quite sure how to do it. Oh well - that's what Google is for, right?
Breakfast:
- 1 Cup White Rice: 200 Calories
- 1 Fried Lumpia: 100 Calories
TOTAL: 1871 Calories
GOAL: 2200 Calories
EXERCISE: 30 Minutes Total Body
CURRENT WEIGHT: 194.7 pounds
