Have a nice big sleep and wake up fresh tomorrow!! It's another day!!!
Aww thank you

haha, it's totally opposite with us! I'm like hey, computers broken, come fix it! My bf like partitioned our hard drives (or something, I really have no clue but I think that's it, and it sounds good!) and things are always going to different drives and I get so so confused and frustrated and have to wait until he can look at it. But, thanks to my mother's strong belief in women's lib, I've got the whole car thing down, for the most part! But, yes, sleep sure helped and today turned out so much better!!

Nice job on resisting the fast food. I was able to do that last week and felt awesome about it.
Unfortunately last night I was a little bummed after talking to my fiance about some stuff and ended up finding some fun size candies. Had way more than I should have. Mad at myself for not being stronger and resisting.
Oh well, today is a new day!
Thanks Munch! Man, if anything gets me to break my diet it's, well, a man. Seriously, nothing will start the cake cravings going like an disagreement with my bf. So hey, I give you a pass, boys get us the most stressed... and what's the opposite of stressed? desserts. I just figured that out the other day. Coincidence? I think not!

(Sorry if I'm waaay behind the curve and that's some kind of joke everyone knows about, I was kinda proud of myself for figuring it out!

OMG!!!That picture is just sooooooo funny!!!

I laughed so much!!! It's really funny that you put that on today because i was talking to Rachel (the hygienist i work with on a tues) this morning about the run we did together a few weeks ago. She was saying how totally fast i was

and i said 'can i ask you a question? and i want an honest answer........how do i look when i'm running?' and she said 'you like a proper runner'. Yay!! In my head i see me looking like that little girl. i'm still giggling about the photo, i am gonna have to check out that website
Sorry to hear you had one of those 'everything is against me' days

But....Well done you on posting about it

And you said it actually helped you and made you feel better writing it down. Good for you girly. My car is at the garage at the moment, i have this years gym membership to pay, it Jacks birthday next month and i am hopeing to be going to stay at my sister in laws on 1st march. Aarrrhhh Why does everything come at once huh. Especially so close after christmas and proper skint. Sorry lol i'm ranting now

Oooh i'm loving the calander idea!! I think i might copy you when i'm actually allowed to do any bloody exercise!!!!
Hope it's good CHEAP news about your car tomorrow. Well done on a great food day by the way
Thanks, Kate! And hey! Look at you looking like a legitimate runner! That's very cool, I know I still look like that girl, however, but I'm convinced not for much longer! But yeah, I've become totally addicted to Pinterest, it's got great recipes and fashion ideas and decorating ideas and things to look at, and jeez, I get totally lost!
I actually loved your rant (not that you're having to deal with that, going through similar stuff I know how much it sucks!) but I could totally relate! We just gotta take it as it comes, it always manages to work itself out somehow!

I love how you kept it light and optimistic though in your writing, but I completely feel for you on that level of 'What's next, universe? Really?'.
Car repairs. Oy.. tell me about it. It's almost a monthly thing for me in my line of work - and it's
never cheap. Ever. I was pretty lost mechanically when I first started this job, but I may soon be able to start doing my own repairs just based on the amount of things I've had diagnosed, replaced, and serviced over the years.

The only question is, do I trust myself enough? Hrmmm..
Anyway, good for you on getting back on track with a hybrid style of P90X/Insanity! Yes, I still have all the P90X CDs on my computer, but have yet to muster the courage to really tackle it. Maybe now that you're back, you can kick my butt into finally tearing into it

I wouldn't mind having some friendly competition!
Also, really great job on avoiding that food temptation!

That certainly would've been the time as it sounded like stress was definitely encumbering your thought process. Fast food is like a drug and I'm sure it would've made you feel worlds better had you succumbed to something greasy, but in the end, we all know what kind of damage it truly does to your physical and mental wellbeing. Always think of us and the forum whenever moments like that come around! You have some incredible inner strength!
Well done, Rosie! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you regarding your auto repair, too! Maybe your mechanic will take it a little easier on you than mine does! Although my guy does a good job, gets the proper parts for my right-hand factory built, rescues me in very remote places, and always has me up and running asap, so I shouldn't say anything (too) bad about him.. hehe
Yeah, thanks Greg

I am shocked that you don't get some kind of reimbursement for using your own car for work purposes, with all that driving, you must be on a first name basis with your mechanic! Although, car knowledge is invaluable skill to have, but it's too bad you had to learn it the hard way. I do pretty well, but this was an electrical thing and waaaaay outta my league!
Haha, I totally wrote something on your diary reminding you to do P90X before I even read what you wrote here! You might want to uh procure Insanity too, I don't know, I like P90X a lot, but I think you might be turned off a bit by like the Yoga day for instance that just moves really slow, mixing up the strength days with Insanity cardio really makes for a fun, challenging plan. But yeah, I would be super excited if you did any variation of the programs, I think if we were both to do it then we could really help each other commit to it!
Ok, it is 1:57 AM right now, so I'm gonna try and knock this out quick and then get to bed! (Although, there isn't much that I do quick at 2 AM, so we'll see how I do!)
So, I woke up this morning and jumped on the scale, and whaddya know, there was a 1 after my 2 today! So I'm officially in the 210s and more than that, I've officially lost 70lbs. 70 pounds, wow, that's like an entire 5th grader. Guys, I lost a 5th grader. Mind = Blown. That's just nuts to me.
Then I went to work (in my bf's car) and on my way out I was stopped by one of the managers in a different department than mine and she said that she had a temporary substitute teaching position teaching 8th grade math and science and would I like to do it. Uh yeah. Sign me up! Usually I just do tutoring, and I kinda prefer the high school kids, but I'm totally excited for this!! It's only a couple of hours a week, but I get paid a lot more! Plus I think it's going to be a really exciting challenge, super pumped!
Ok, then I come home and there's a box on my doorstep, strange because I hadn't ordered anything. I picked it up and saw that it was from my parents, took it inside and opened it up and do you know what was in there? A brand new Iphone 4S. Seriously. I was sooo not expecting that, I couldn't believe it! My boyfriend came running from the back looking completely panicked because I totally screamed when I saw what was inside. It's a late Christmas present and they sent it last week, and it couldn't have come at a better time, that sure as heck cheered me up! This thing is like Star Trek technology amazing, I'm in love!
I stopped playing with my new toy long enough to get my workout in, and did my little dance as I crossed another day off of my awesome calender. It was a great day for food and exercise, heck, it was a great freaking day! Balance has been restored to the universe!

For now at least, still not sure what's going on with my car. They said a fuse going to the computer keeps blowing and they're trying to locate it, hopefully it's just a fuse and not the computer, I hope I hope!
Ok, 2:20, that did take awhile, I think I feel asleep in the middle.

Time for bed!
