So not a great week last week but I didn`t do my weigh in since I`ve sorta decided to try every other week for a while. Plus last week was just sad - missed lots of workouts - had too many sweets. But I`m still chugging along so here`s to a better week!
Went to a family dinner last night and I haven`t seen them all since mid-december and everyone was saying how great I looked so that just may have been the boost I needed to get back at it. My food hasn`t been too bad lately, it`s just the late night sugar attacks and then lack of exercise when I get busy or am tired - bad bad.
I also think it was a bit of feeling over confident with it. I was starting to see results and for some reason instead of making me want to keep going and get better I sort of got lazy about it all, but not anymore!
March 12, 2011 This was the day I had a hair appointment so I had to leave home at 10:30 and wasn`t going to be home until after my errands around 5 or 6 so I was trying to plan my food around it to avoid snacking at the mall.
Breakfast
- tbsp peanut butter and tsp low sugar jelly on whole grain weight watchers bread
Snack
- string cheese
Lunch
- fat free ham and laughing cow cheese with dijon on weight watchers whole grain bread
Snack
- 1/2 rice cake 100 calorie snack pack
Dinner
- smart ones beef veggie dinner
- baked tilapia fillet
Saturday Night Late Snacks - ackkkkkk!
- frozen low cal yogurt pop
- halloween sized pack of twizzlers
- mini tootsie roll
- mini whole grain wrap with laughing cow cheese and hot sauce
I was up until 4am or so watching movies so it was a long time between dinner and bed but still - bad Erin!
*No Exercise besides the walking from transit to my appointment (15 min each way) and walking to the mall and around and around and around it haha (so a good hour and a half walking there) but was so beat that I didn`t fit in anything else that day

Breakfast-Snack
- 100 cal granola bar
Lunch
- smart ones frozen turkey and potato dinner with side of broccoli and wasabi drizzle
- handful of jelly bellys (seriously - gack, so bad!)
Dinner (at Grandparents house for my sisters belated Birthday)
- barbequed chicken thigh no skin, 1/2 cup couscous with tomatos, broccoli, carrots and celery
- delicious delicious homemade bun (I only have these a couple times a year so it's worth it)
- small sliver of dairy queen ice cream cake- just the middle with the chocolate cookie part, I gave the ice cream part away
*1 Good hard hour on the gazelle + various ab work

Breakfast
- reduced sugar oatmeal with low cal yogurt
Snack
- 2 rice crackers and a pretzel
Lunch
- fat free ham, dijon and light laughing cow cheese on weight watchers whole grain bread
- baby carrots with tbsp hummus
Snack - It was a work social thing - these both were sooooo small but prob still lots of calories but I chose two and stuck with that only
- mini Parmesan crisp with 1/2 tsp goat cheese and tiny slice of red pear
- mini pancake thing (maybe 1.5inch round) with horseradish and tiny roast beef piece
Dinner
- mini ham stick (like pepperoni but only 45 cal and ham instead)
- sesame tofu broccoli stir fry with half delicious homemade bun
So not perfect but getting back to it. I`m DEFINITELY off to do an hour on the gazelle after posting this and anything else I can get myself to do haha.
